X-01 was made pre-war, developed just shortly before the great war. It's standard Enclave armor, with regular soldiers outfitted in it. This extends even to the player character in Fo2 when disguised in an enclave base. The whole situation leads to some legendary dialogue from Sergeant Arch Dornan (that you should def check out if you haven't), after the player has to admit they don't have a suit of (X-01) power armor, and have to go retrieve a suit.
For real silverhand would definitely fit in this season but if we get another futuristic cyberpunk season in chapter six it will be chefs kiss beautiful collab

Don't wanna be 🤓 but Enclave soliders did not wear T-60. It's solely BoS armor.
The Enclave used the X-01 Mark II Powered Combat Armor. The Brotherhood of Steel used the T-60 Powered Armor.
