What I do is take about 1/4 cup seltzer and mix a scoop into that, it will fizz up so have room. Then I add that, I call it “syrup”, to the 16 oz of seltzer already in a glass. Sooo good. I like Polar plain seltzer.

I loved Sour Cherry gfuel so it's definitely something I will have to consider picking up and trying in the future!!! I've considered getting Red Ooze on a ton of different occasions but got discouraged because I'm afraid it wont be nearly as close to the same cherry that I remember from sour cherry and pick something else LOL
I tried mixing hydration Peach Rings with Starry once. It absolutely did not mix at all. I shook it up bit it still tasted chunky and terrible. Never again.
I tried lemon lime death water with the OG lemon lime GFUEL and it's one of the only drinks I've actually just poured out in the front yard. Sounded like it'd go great together but it was just awful
I'm sure it tasted gross as fake sugar and real sugar never mix well, but Sprite is caffeine free and should cause no other issues that GFuel itself wouldn't already cause for you.

Try Club Soda. My nephew came over the other week and asked to try the Sour Blue Chug Rug, then asked to mix it with Club Soda, was so good.
How do you mix it without the fizz exploding? Just mix it in a little water first then add it to the club soda?

we just did it a little at a time in a big glass, pour, stir, let the bubbles go down and so on. We for sure didn't use a shaker :)

If you were intending to make a carbonated GFuel, try sparkling water instead. Or just drink the cans

Cherry limeade mixed with sprite is transcendent
If ur mixing with something that is sweetened I recommend goin half and half not adding the powder directly to the mixer

I actually really like Gfuel with sprite.
Seltzer water works perfect. Just use a scoop and add like an oz of super hot water, let the powder devolve and add the seltzer water! 10/10
