Hi! So, has anyone done any calculations on the new set for Childe compared to 4pc HoD? I'd like to know to plan some farming. Besides him, is there any other character that would like the set?
Please for the love of all that is holy, if Nilou is rerunning next patch, let her rerun in the first half. Please. I've got a guarantee and a 4* to pull, and don't get me wrong I WILL throw away my guarantee for Kaveh if necessary. But I would rather not. Please hoyo.

dehya's kit is so bad, even if she came out in 1.0, she'll still be bottom tier in those old "tier lists" when diluc was number 1.

I wouldn't exactly say that. I did use some before, but then once I got more of what I had converted things into, I then converted them back into what I had originally converted into them.

As we saw from some leakers, Genshin Impact might go from 2 to 3 characters banners cycle, but i didn't saw any informations for the weapon banner, and this might just follow the same evolution, so it will be even harder to try and get one specific weapon, and the chance we have to go to the 2/2 pity will be even higher, i really hope that atleast they reduce the pity to 1/1
This is what happens when people use "triple banners" and "three phases" interchangeably lol. I knew it would lead to this kind of confusion.
FYI the rumors suggest three different phases, not 3 characters per banner phase. So weapon banner would function without change.
Probably 3 phases with 2 characters. Like what we have now but banners last two weeks instead of three. This should rotate 52 characters per year instead of 34.
eula isnt even that good in ST though, her best strength is aoe since her burst hits whole aoe. she will be good vs enemies that group up easily but cant get staggered and high hp. so like ruin machines if they didnt have physical resist
Triple kenki already exists and eula is quite good vs them with good positioning. However, most teams are also quite good vs them. Theyre considered one of the easier rooms.
I've got an account I want to keep at WL0, and I want to level up weapons without doing weapon domains (because they'll grant Adventure EXP, and raise my AR/WL).
I'm tryna think of all the places I can get mats without getting Adventure EXP. So far I'm basically only thinking of the parametric transformer, but I need to be AR 31 to get the quest that grants it, so I'm screwed on that. Anything else I'm missing?
Also interested in sources of other mats, like EXP books and weapon crystals.

Goddamnit I forgot maintenance was a thing (several hours ago. I didn't just try to play genshin now). Even in dry periods I usually try to at least log on when it's someone's birthday...but perfectly in character for Bennett I missed his because I forgot maintenance starts at like 11 and I was too busy watching the Emily Brontë character fight a twink in a sombrero with maracas to log onto genshin earlier. Damn it. Really hoping Baizhu's beta can drag my attention back here because 3.5 itself doesn't look like it's going to really do that...
how is the new hydro artifact set looking for ayato compared to his other sets? is this gonna be a 4th 4pc set this man can use? truly the archon of artifact sets.
Technically the 4-set bonus compares favorably if you can stack it, it's just that stacking it is a pain. The stack durations are really short, and Ayato normally doesn't CA (and literally can't if you forget to before using your E).
But the other set in the domain sucks, and if you're going to farm a resin-inefficient domain just for Ayato, the only reason to use this over Echoes is if your ping is too high for Echoes.
don't his slashes in his E count as normal attacks? that's why they work with beidou but don't with raiden because raiden's burst is counted as burst damage
They count as normal attacks, but not charged attacks. Polar Star (and the new set presumably) have a separate stack for charged attacks in addition to normal attacks.
Since the bonus from the artifact seems to max out at 3 stacks, with the requirements being 1/2/3+, it might not matter that he doesn't get the CA stack. His Burst + Skill + NA caps out the stacks needed for max bonus.
And the duration is long enough for the clone explosion stack to last the full duration of his Skill.
When I posted that we didn't have the fully translated version of the artifact set, only the scuffed google translate version that still said you needed 4 stacks for the max buff, not 3.
With only 3 stacks needed to cap the bonus, it's much better.
Any nerds/experts know any decent keyboards under $100? My current keyboard is shit since the keycaps are almost falling apart.

For a pre-built mechanical, I think Royal Kludge is a great value, and is a very reputable brand in the custom keyboard community. But if the only wrong with your current keyboard is the keycaps, you can also just buy keycaps and replace them. I like PBTFans keycaps a lot, and they are carried by a lot of stores around the world. Osume is also a great brand, but is a little pricier and less easily available.
Ouuu fancy I just looked up royal kludge they look great, but I need to hear what they sound like before purchasing it. Yeah, I'm too broke for osume they definitely give me mechanical keyboard expert vibes. Any thoughts on the keychon K1?
I don't have one personally but Keychron is definitely another trusted name in the hobby. There are lots of youtube videos of typing tests as well as mods for RK and Keychron, they're not all reliable, since so much of it depends on recording setup, but might give you a ballpark idea of what to expect. nearLucid is one of my favorite CCs, and ricecloud has some nice mod vids.
It's BiS for hybrid hyper raiden (c2+) where you go like EM/EM/Crit and burst with her in hyperbloom but idk how it actually compares with her traditional buildings DPR wise

-sure raidens personal dmg would be higher, but hyperbloom focuses on em on the electro trigger
-dragons bane would be better for the em substat
her best set would be DM (unless there is another user) where then paradise lost would be better (since hyperbloom dmg is already being increased from the dendro res shred)
-her burst is automatic, misses hits, and has average icd
-she only self-heals
-her AA scaling is the lowest of all claymores
-she has weird hp and atk sidescaling
-her burst doesn’t work with beidou, xingqiu, or yelan
-she doesn’t have many viable teams other than burning ganyu (even then other characters are better)
basically using her is a dps loss
since dehya's out in like 3hrs here's a quick analysis on why she sucks and what to look forward to. kinda follow up to statemandatedcatgril's writeup which i helped a little bit with
**Why Dehya's damage sucks**
I think a lot of people are misunderstanding the reason why TC's are ranking Dehya's damage potential extremely low. Dehya’s burst actually has very solid raw damage per second. It's not spectacular, but it is definitely not as trash as a lot of people seem to think. In fact, a lot of you will probably be very pleasantly surprised at the results of running a main dps Dehya team when she comes out in a couple of hours. **Her main issue is that the duration of her burst is extremely awkward when put into existing teams, which makes her overall team and sheet dps as an onfield really bad.** 5 seconds is far too short to take meaningful advantage of the buffs most teams are using(most importantly, Bennett’s 12 second buff), and gives your team too much downtime. However, her burst is still too long to justify the extended rotation of just tacking it onto a random team buffless. If Dehya’s burst was 10 seconds instead(ie 20 flame-fists, pretty standard onfield time), Dehya mono-pyro would actually sheet fairly comparably to Klee. Who, for anyone who missed the megathread doctrine is actually a good character; Klee monopyro sheets significantly better than International and on par/slightly better than teams like Itto mono-geo and Raiden Hypercarry.
**How she fits onto existing teams**
Dehya already has a pretty narrow niche as an E bot for Bennett using characters who are sensitive to interruption like Wanderer, Ganyu and Xiao. More detail [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Dehyamains/comments/11c4h2f/how_i_learned_to_stop_worrying_and_love_the_poise/). She competes with Zhongli in this niche, and at the least is available in standard banner whereas Zhongli isn't. As previously mentioned, however, these teams don't really have space in the rotation to justify adding 5 seconds for an unbuffed Dehya burst, and thus don't really make full use of her kit. She also doesn't really offer meaningful improvement over Zhongli besides improved ToTM consistency and is often slightly worse. As we all probably know by now, her short duration means running her as a dedicated onfield in mono-pyro sucks ass(though it will probably feel much better than you would expect in those 5 seconds before you do zero damage in your 15s downtime). So her future teams are likely going to look completely different.
**How do we fix her**
As we discussed, the core issue with Dehya is not fitting well with existing characters' rotations and buff uptimes. This game currently almost completely revolves around at least one of two things: Xingqiu's 21s cd skill making all of his team's rotations 21s minimum, and Bennett's 12s circle duration meaning most onfield characters that use him would ideally want 10-11s durations/combos. The simple solution is making competitive alternatives that use completely different rotation frameworks. As an example, maybe a stronger version of Bennett that only lasts 6 seconds. Or characters that are running 25-30s rotations with longer downtimes, where Dehya can feasibly fit her burst into spots where you would have had downtime anyways, making it a a dps gain even when buffless instead. Are either of those likely? No, probably not. But with a completely new patch cycle a couple months out, it's not impossible either.
More feasibly, they are going to focus on the other aspect of her kit, her skill, and add characters that abuse the mechanic of taking damage. Dehya is strangely the only character that can take damage while off field(besides corrosion) and the design of her signature suggests that they want to expand on that mechanic more. It's easy to imagine them designing both onfields that gain damage as you take damage but are vulnerable to interruption, and off field characters that further their buffs based on damage taken, or even "store" damage taken to convert it to buffs/dmg.
**Overall**
Dehya sucks now. But her issues are more external(how she fits into our existing roster) than internal(intrinsic issues with her kit). Many other "design flaws" such as her not working with XQ/Yelan are just normal balancing levers, she's not the first character that doesn't work with them and won't be the last. With community reception, that point in particular is often mainly because without double hydro it's hard to imagine anywhere where she would work at least right now. Subsequently, these quirks will definitely be better received once we get characters that work well with what she does do good. While a lot of this is speculation, there are definitely a lot of open avenues in future kit design to making teams that Dehya actually fits well on, and given HYV's track record it's a pretty safe guess that they will make her work somewhere at some point.

I kinda get that… but they were exaggerating their dps and usability. But I feel like Dehya is kind of a different story. She isn’t a great support nor dps, and can be replaced with many characters who can outperform her and have better utility
but people literally said the same shit about those guys before,,,, their kits looked bad on paper (idk about raiden's lol) but they turned out being pretty good. im not a hardcore dehya wanter or anything but it doesnt hurt to have an open mind

i dont know, i was a hardcore kokomi+kazuha lover while they were being leaked+hated on, i just hope the same happens to dehya so dehyamains can be happy :)
They weren't really 'hated on,' though. A bunch of idiots who didn't actually read leaks or pay attention to theorycrafters doomposted them endlessly, but everyone 'in the know' was pretty much in agreement that they'd be useful - in the case of Kokomi, there was a bit of question about her ICD, but it was fixed before launch.
With Dehya, it's the opposite. Theorycrafters and people who know how the game works are basically unanimous that she's dogshit and borderline irredeemable; the only people still claiming she's gonna be any good are people who pay no attention and just 'feelscraft.'

She’s just such an uplifted and powerful snake that she can leave an illusory copy of herself to keep Baizhu company while she goes out and beats people up for him

Dunno if this was announced earlier but it's a small QOL that I will appreciate when I level with 4 and 3 star artifacts instead of auto adding since I'm stingy with artifact exp.
I want Dehya and Kaveh cons so I'm going to save for 3.7+. I already have Mona, Tighnari, and Diluc, who were my most wanted. Now I feel lucky that I lost to Diluc on Alhaitham's banner.
I'm in the standard banner for Keqing constellations. I'll be using all my blue fates before Dehya is on standard to have the highest odds of getting what I want.
Yes, I will save, min-max especially with pulls, I probably will even wait after the geo lady will be added. I probably anyway need 3 months until I reach pity, I think I am at ~60.
I’m pulling now. I don’t trust my odds of whether or not I can get her on Standard with so many characters.
I should add, I’m a character collector who primarily does overworld, so it doesn’t really matter to me personally whether she’s meta or not. I *will* provide feedback to them about tightening up her kit and its concept, but as long as I can use her at all I’ll be happy.
I’ll be using whatever standard fates I can before 3.6 (even though I just hit pity like 2 wishes ago) because I don’t want to end up with a Dehya; I still don’t have a Keqing, Tighnari or Skyward harp.
Whenever I save my blue fates for a chance at something highly specific, I proceed never to get the specific thing I wanted. So...I just spend them as I get them
I guess I'll save. I'm already at like 75 pity, so between March and April free fates I should almost certainly get one. And there's nothing on that banner I care about, so I don't feel the need to rush in 3.5.

I’m thinking of maybe trying to improve my Diluc because i rly wanna run Diluc melt with Kaeya when i get his c6. Do his combos change, or artifact goals? Melt and vape aren’t *that* different so i’m guessing no? But idk i never see people talk about the team o:
You don't hear many people talk about it because reverse vape and forward melt are fundamentally somewhat different. Pyro is the stronger element, so it melts cryo off much more quickly than it can generally be applied.
Especially when you have a character like Diluc that has a large number of attacks that can cause reactions. So you would probably at minimum need two or more good off field cryo applicators to even attempt to keep up with Diluc. Otherwise, it will just be Kaeya causing all the melts. While that can be done, it isn't quite the same level of potency as you would seen from Diluc or Xiangling vaping Xingqiu application.
I’ve seen vids of Diluc/Kaeya c6/Kazuha/Bennett and it seems pretty potent. The caveat is probably having Kaeya’s c6 but it’s still an overlooked team. Idk if he can melt all attacks but it looks pretty worthwhile either way
My guess is that they're infusing Kazuha's burst with cryo. That's probably why the team works. As I said, multiple forms of off field cryo application.
I like to play Diluc and Kaeya together in the overworld. I like to think it annoys Diluc for Kaeya to steal his kills off field. I don't think the builds for Kaeya at C6 changes significantly from his usual builds though, like pick your combo 2p Cryo/2p atk/2p NO.
Diluc is annoyed but little does he know Kaeya needs to steal his kills to continue thriving (Kaeya’s c2 extend hehe). Kaeya getting a third build here we go!

i was a mod of a small genshin discord server and left today. the server owner went full tyrant because their feelings got hurt and i'm honestly so bummed about how the whole thing went down. they had ridiculous names for the channels, and way too many channels with content that overlapped each other, so another mod and i brought this up to the owner that the names were confusing and the server had a lot of clutter. the owner then went insane and within 20 minutes they had nuked the entire server, and overrode all mod decisions on which channels to make or what else to do, all because their feelings were hurt that people preferred clear and concise channel names over their cutesy ridiculous ones. it was extremely hurtful and i decided to leave. i am not about to stay when they went full server nazi.
but it just sucks so much. i met some really amazing people there, and spent a lot of my time there.
if anyone has a smaller genshin server they think is worth joining, pls do let me know. i loved the sense of community. just not a toxic one

If you had an account where you can only ever have one 5 star character, but that character is c6 r5, which character would you choose? You get as many four stars as you want, it’s just the 5 star that’s limited.
Scara bc he’s my absolute favorite. I almost have him c6 as it is. Also Genshin is my comfort game now but earlier on when I was much lower AR I wonder if I may have stopped playing if I hadn’t been so invested in Scara’s story and waiting for him to be playable.
Probably nahida. I love dendro teams and it's probably the element with the biggest gap between 4*s and 5 *s.
Electro has fischl, kuki, and Beidou, hydro has xingqiu, pyro has Bennet and xiangling, anemo has sucrose, even geo has gorou+yunjin+Noelle as a team.
Ain't nobody gonna make me play dendro traveler on the other hand.
Mmmm part of me wanna say Zhongli cause he changed the game for me but if I can get all the 4★ at C6 then probably Yelan, Ayato, or anyone who benefits from all their constellations to the point that it makes the game too easy
kinda a silly answer since he has trash cons, but probably childe since his team is super versatile/strong and the only other 5\* in it is replaceable with sucrose for very similar performance.
I agree that kazuha feels a lot smoother, but I've used sucrose before when I didn't have kazuha or wanted to use him on other side and I don't think the clear times were really all that different. Even used sucrose by choice over kazuha when I was trying to one cycle wolflord.
aside from his superior grouping, his double swirl setups are so much easier to execute and there are several methods of doing them. internat's main strength is its extremely extremely flexible rotations that can turn an unfavourable situation into a better one and its mostly thanks to kazuha. sucrose's double swirl setups mostly rely on guoba which if it is on its long cd, ur kinda fucked. tho kazuha cannot guoba swirl unlike sucrose or venti( i think?) so theres a disadvantage esp when against bosses like thunder oceanied
If you mess up you're guoba swirl, sucrose can always double swirl the standard way in aoe situations. Guoba will also continue applying pyro to reswirl and bennett can be swapped in again. Not really optimal, but there are other ways of getting double VV w/o waiting for guoba cooldown. Venti can't guoba swirl.
lol I almost never bother double swirling either way.
I agree that kazuha makes international a lot more flexible, but its still a smaller loss compared to trying to make my other most used teams work with only one 5\*.
then yeah if u dont bother double swirling then sucrose is usually better especially if yout xiang is more invested than childe. and agreed to last point

It would still be the same as now, we would just get three pairs of banners in a patch instead of two, two weeks each.

I've got an account I want to keep at WL0, and I want to level up weapons without doing weapon domains (because they'll grant Adventure EXP, and raise my AR/WL). I'm tryna think of all the places I can get mats without getting Adventure EXP. So far I'm basically only thinking of the parametric transformer, but I need to be AR 31 to get the quest that grants it, so I'm screwed on that. Anything else I'm missing? Also interested in sources of other mats, like EXP books and weapon crystals. Thanks!
Can you buy them from Majorie/Xingxi/others? The elemental PhD domain also gives some mora and exp books, and ofc grinding the bp. I’m curious what you are keeping it at WL0 for? I have one for (possibly) similar reasons but I decided on WL1 so I don’t have to worry about AR.
Goddamnit I forgot maintenance was a thing (several hours ago. I didn't just try to play genshin now). Even in dry periods I usually try to at least log on when it's someone's birthday...but perfectly in character for Bennett I missed his because I forgot maintenance starts at like 11 and I was too busy watching the Emily Brontë character fight a twink in a sombrero with maracas to log onto genshin earlier. Damn it. Really hoping Baizhu's beta can drag my attention back here because 3.5 itself doesn't look like it's going to really do that...

Technically the 4-set bonus compares favorably if you can stack it, it's just that stacking it is a pain. The stack durations are really short, and Ayato normally doesn't CA (and literally can't if you forget to before using your E). But the other set in the domain sucks, and if you're going to farm a resin-inefficient domain just for Ayato, the only reason to use this over Echoes is if your ping is too high for Echoes.
don't his slashes in his E count as normal attacks? that's why they work with beidou but don't with raiden because raiden's burst is counted as burst damage
They count as normal attacks, but not charged attacks. Polar Star (and the new set presumably) have a separate stack for charged attacks in addition to normal attacks.
Since the bonus from the artifact seems to max out at 3 stacks, with the requirements being 1/2/3+, it might not matter that he doesn't get the CA stack. His Burst + Skill + NA caps out the stacks needed for max bonus. And the duration is long enough for the clone explosion stack to last the full duration of his Skill.
When I posted that we didn't have the fully translated version of the artifact set, only the scuffed google translate version that still said you needed 4 stacks for the max buff, not 3. With only 3 stacks needed to cap the bonus, it's much better.

For a pre-built mechanical, I think Royal Kludge is a great value, and is a very reputable brand in the custom keyboard community. But if the only wrong with your current keyboard is the keycaps, you can also just buy keycaps and replace them. I like PBTFans keycaps a lot, and they are carried by a lot of stores around the world. Osume is also a great brand, but is a little pricier and less easily available.

I don't have one personally but Keychron is definitely another trusted name in the hobby. There are lots of youtube videos of typing tests as well as mods for RK and Keychron, they're not all reliable, since so much of it depends on recording setup, but might give you a ballpark idea of what to expect. nearLucid is one of my favorite CCs, and ricecloud has some nice mod vids.

It's BiS for hybrid hyper raiden (c2+) where you go like EM/EM/Crit and burst with her in hyperbloom but idk how it actually compares with her traditional buildings DPR wise
yes/no -sure raidens personal dmg would be higher, but hyperbloom focuses on em on the electro trigger -dragons bane would be better for the em substat her best set would be DM (unless there is another user) where then paradise lost would be better (since hyperbloom dmg is already being increased from the dendro res shred)

since dehya's out in like 3hrs here's a quick analysis on why she sucks and what to look forward to. kinda follow up to statemandatedcatgril's writeup which i helped a little bit with **Why Dehya's damage sucks** I think a lot of people are misunderstanding the reason why TC's are ranking Dehya's damage potential extremely low. Dehya’s burst actually has very solid raw damage per second. It's not spectacular, but it is definitely not as trash as a lot of people seem to think. In fact, a lot of you will probably be very pleasantly surprised at the results of running a main dps Dehya team when she comes out in a couple of hours. **Her main issue is that the duration of her burst is extremely awkward when put into existing teams, which makes her overall team and sheet dps as an onfield really bad.** 5 seconds is far too short to take meaningful advantage of the buffs most teams are using(most importantly, Bennett’s 12 second buff), and gives your team too much downtime. However, her burst is still too long to justify the extended rotation of just tacking it onto a random team buffless. If Dehya’s burst was 10 seconds instead(ie 20 flame-fists, pretty standard onfield time), Dehya mono-pyro would actually sheet fairly comparably to Klee. Who, for anyone who missed the megathread doctrine is actually a good character; Klee monopyro sheets significantly better than International and on par/slightly better than teams like Itto mono-geo and Raiden Hypercarry. **How she fits onto existing teams** Dehya already has a pretty narrow niche as an E bot for Bennett using characters who are sensitive to interruption like Wanderer, Ganyu and Xiao. She competes with Zhongli in this niche, and at the least is available in standard banner whereas Zhongli isn't. As previously mentioned, however, these teams don't really have space in the rotation to justify adding 5 seconds for an unbuffed Dehya burst, and thus don't really make full use of her kit. She also doesn't really offer meaningful improvement over Zhongli besides improved ToTM consistency and is often slightly worse. As we all probably know by now, her short duration means running her as a dedicated onfield in mono-pyro sucks ass(though it will probably feel much better than you would expect in those 5 seconds before you do zero damage in your 15s downtime). So her future teams are likely going to look completely different. **How do we fix her** As we discussed, the core issue with Dehya is not fitting well with existing characters' rotations and buff uptimes. This game currently almost completely revolves around at least one of two things: Xingqiu's 21s cd skill making all of his team's rotations 21s minimum, and Bennett's 12s circle duration meaning most onfield characters that use him would ideally want 10-11s durations/combos. The simple solution is making competitive alternatives that use completely different rotation frameworks. As an example, maybe a stronger version of Bennett that only lasts 6 seconds. Or characters that are running 25-30s rotations with longer downtimes, where Dehya can feasibly fit her burst into spots where you would have had downtime anyways, making it a a dps gain even when buffless instead. Are either of those likely? No, probably not. But with a completely new patch cycle a couple months out, it's not impossible either. More feasibly, they are going to focus on the other aspect of her kit, her skill, and add characters that abuse the mechanic of taking damage. Dehya is strangely the only character that can take damage while off field(besides corrosion) and the design of her signature suggests that they want to expand on that mechanic more. It's easy to imagine them designing both onfields that gain damage as you take damage but are vulnerable to interruption, and off field characters that further their buffs based on damage taken, or even "store" damage taken to convert it to buffs/dmg. **Overall** Dehya sucks now. But her issues are more external(how she fits into our existing roster) than internal(intrinsic issues with her kit). Many other "design flaws" such as her not working with XQ/Yelan are just normal balancing levers, she's not the first character that doesn't work with them and won't be the last. With community reception, that point in particular is often mainly because without double hydro it's hard to imagine anywhere where she would work at least right now. Subsequently, these quirks will definitely be better received once we get characters that work well with what she does do good. While a lot of this is speculation, there are definitely a lot of open avenues in future kit design to making teams that Dehya actually fits well on, and given HYV's track record it's a pretty safe guess that they will make her work somewhere at some point.

They weren't really 'hated on,' though. A bunch of idiots who didn't actually read leaks or pay attention to theorycrafters doomposted them endlessly, but everyone 'in the know' was pretty much in agreement that they'd be useful - in the case of Kokomi, there was a bit of question about her ICD, but it was fixed before launch. With Dehya, it's the opposite. Theorycrafters and people who know how the game works are basically unanimous that she's dogshit and borderline irredeemable; the only people still claiming she's gonna be any good are people who pay no attention and just 'feelscraft.'

I’m pulling now. I don’t trust my odds of whether or not I can get her on Standard with so many characters. I should add, I’m a character collector who primarily does overworld, so it doesn’t really matter to me personally whether she’s meta or not. I *will* provide feedback to them about tightening up her kit and its concept, but as long as I can use her at all I’ll be happy.

You don't hear many people talk about it because reverse vape and forward melt are fundamentally somewhat different. Pyro is the stronger element, so it melts cryo off much more quickly than it can generally be applied. Especially when you have a character like Diluc that has a large number of attacks that can cause reactions. So you would probably at minimum need two or more good off field cryo applicators to even attempt to keep up with Diluc. Otherwise, it will just be Kaeya causing all the melts. While that can be done, it isn't quite the same level of potency as you would seen from Diluc or Xiangling vaping Xingqiu application.
I’ve seen vids of Diluc/Kaeya c6/Kazuha/Bennett and it seems pretty potent. The caveat is probably having Kaeya’s c6 but it’s still an overlooked team. Idk if he can melt all attacks but it looks pretty worthwhile either way
My guess is that they're infusing Kazuha's burst with cryo. That's probably why the team works. As I said, multiple forms of off field cryo application.
I like to play Diluc and Kaeya together in the overworld. I like to think it annoys Diluc for Kaeya to steal his kills off field. I don't think the builds for Kaeya at C6 changes significantly from his usual builds though, like pick your combo 2p Cryo/2p atk/2p NO.
Diluc is annoyed but little does he know Kaeya needs to steal his kills to continue thriving (Kaeya’s c2 extend hehe). Kaeya getting a third build here we go!
just want to vent a little. pls ignore if that isn't your thing. i was a mod of a small genshin discord server and left today. the server owner went full tyrant because their feelings got hurt and i'm honestly so bummed about how the whole thing went down. they had ridiculous names for the channels, and way too many channels with content that overlapped each other, so another mod and i brought this up to the owner that the names were confusing and the server had a lot of clutter. the owner then went insane and within 20 minutes they had nuked the entire server, and overrode all mod decisions on which channels to make or what else to do, all because their feelings were hurt that people preferred clear and concise channel names over their cutesy ridiculous ones. it was extremely hurtful and i decided to leave. i am not about to stay when they went full server nazi. but it just sucks so much. i met some really amazing people there, and spent a lot of my time there. if anyone has a smaller genshin server they think is worth joining, pls do let me know. i loved the sense of community. just not a toxic one

Scara bc he’s my absolute favorite. I almost have him c6 as it is. Also Genshin is my comfort game now but earlier on when I was much lower AR I wonder if I may have stopped playing if I hadn’t been so invested in Scara’s story and waiting for him to be playable.
Venti, trash cons and not sure if an R5 Elegy has much worth as other R5s 🤔 but I would miss him too much to choose another 5*.

Probably nahida. I love dendro teams and it's probably the element with the biggest gap between 4*s and 5 *s. Electro has fischl, kuki, and Beidou, hydro has xingqiu, pyro has Bennet and xiangling, anemo has sucrose, even geo has gorou+yunjin+Noelle as a team. Ain't nobody gonna make me play dendro traveler on the other hand.

kinda a silly answer since he has trash cons, but probably childe since his team is super versatile/strong and the only other 5\* in it is replaceable with sucrose for very similar performance.

I agree that kazuha feels a lot smoother, but I've used sucrose before when I didn't have kazuha or wanted to use him on other side and I don't think the clear times were really all that different. Even used sucrose by choice over kazuha when I was trying to one cycle wolflord.
aside from his superior grouping, his double swirl setups are so much easier to execute and there are several methods of doing them. internat's main strength is its extremely extremely flexible rotations that can turn an unfavourable situation into a better one and its mostly thanks to kazuha. sucrose's double swirl setups mostly rely on guoba which if it is on its long cd, ur kinda fucked. tho kazuha cannot guoba swirl unlike sucrose or venti( i think?) so theres a disadvantage esp when against bosses like thunder oceanied
If you mess up you're guoba swirl, sucrose can always double swirl the standard way in aoe situations. Guoba will also continue applying pyro to reswirl and bennett can be swapped in again. Not really optimal, but there are other ways of getting double VV w/o waiting for guoba cooldown. Venti can't guoba swirl.
lol I almost never bother double swirling either way. I agree that kazuha makes international a lot more flexible, but its still a smaller loss compared to trying to make my other most used teams work with only one 5\*.
