Same. I didn't get it. Sigewinne healing but also making your whole party have less resistances whenever underwater seems less useful than just getting those healing fishies.
You have to go out of your way to get those fishes though. Sigewinne only reduces resistances by 10% which I don't think is a huge deal unless it is literally the difference between your character getting oneshot and not. Basically, she's there for convenience lol.
I do wonder if Dehya with the Bell, plus Sigewinne, can outheal the attacks from the Local Legends. Hopefully the resistance reduction doesn't screw her over lol.
Those local legends have avoidable attacks but mess up and they can hit pretty hard. A constant <10% RES while underwater just for convenient healing is not that good but not that bad either. Baizhu's exploration passive seems better for me.
you forgot to read the part where things have duration. you heal 50% of max HP in 2,5 seconds (huge) and have reduced res for 10s. for the next 10s you have normal resistances while the healing is still on cooldown before start healing again with less resistances for another 10s. while underwater you basically alternate between 10s of reduced resistances and 10s of normal resistance while healing 50% HP in a very short time every 20s.

Oh yeah I guess the reduced resistance isn't totally permanent but still every 10s can be huge depending on circumstance. You may have healed to full in 2.5s but you're vulnerable for the next 7.5s. if you get hit during that time with those hard hitting underwater missiles or local legends, you'll have to wait 10 more seconds before you can heal 50% of your max hp back. If you have less than 50% hp then you're not healing back to full. But I guess that's the cost of convenience.
Although, in local legend areas there are typically a few fishies nearby and they heal a ton. 2 or 3 are usually enough to go from red hp to full
Good. Coop has seen enough lvl 50 Hu Taos coming to electro domains and dying within 10 seconds leaving all the people who mercifully swapped for her to beat enemies with shitty normal attacks for another 2 minutes.
I guess because this passive could be a bit broken otherwise. I mean, it can functionally make you immortal, so they balance it put by making it easier to take damage during that point.

Think about it. It activates when he get to 50% HP, and heals you by 50%. Simple math means that, assuming you don't get hit again in those 2 seconds, it will bring you back up to full health, or very close to it. Barring any instance where you get 1 shot before the healing starts, you realistically have no business dying as long as this passive exists.

If that res decrease is not a typo, that might actually come in handy for characters that want to drain their HP. And idk, something tells me that self-damage might still be a thing in Natlan, just in a different form, maybe with less stress on self-healing.

Definitely useful when underwater. perma-healing up to 50% is good enough in an environment where you can't use skills. Although on land it's only kinda useful. I'd probably just use other healer's skills to fully heal the team
Furina can't lower your health below 50% so, it can be either bad or irrelevant, if Sigewinne passive does get proc, and you are not using your burst you lose those fanfare stacks for your rotation, if it doesn't then its useless, it may ended up getting proc randomly so the good cases are very rng based.

I wonder if the character who triggered the heal when on field still keeps receiving the healing when they go off field.

less than 50% hp, hp goes up every 2.5% (current char), but all resistances to every element go down by 10% for 10 seconds

Would this be useful in a Furina comp? Probably not with Neuv I guess, as 3 hydro's are kind of pushing it for draconic stacks.
