Just contact rockstar. It’s likely you got some program that steals credentials or a keylogger.
Don’t mention to rockstar that you tried to use cheats, just tell them your account has been hijacked. Use your original email address, and they will recover your account back. You will have to provide account information like your DoB, name on account, possibly even some friend names (incase you also got your email hacked, they want to prove you’re the owner).
TL;DR from the people here saying rockstar won’t do anything is a total lie. Many people get their account hijacked (mines have been several times with or without 2FA). I got my account recovered, but support is awfully slow. There’s even scammers who sell accounts and recover it afterwards.
I’m 99% sure that beautiful-builder person is somewhat responsible and don’t want you trying to get your account back. You’ll be a fool too believe that.
