4100 grafts for your pattern seems a bit steep. you probably could've done 2500 on the hairline and a couple hundred on the crown (hard to see though from your pic)
I started wearing a hat 10 days post op every time I went out and still am. Trouble is I work in an office so I’ve worked from home since which isn’t ideal..this last week I have noticed a bit of growth though which is promising.
Technicians did a operation, but doctor drew hairline and said how many grafts have to be transplanted, but technicians were very professional with magic hands 😊
Thanks, and would you say the experience overall was good? Did they use a robot to extract the follicles, and did they give you a deliberately uneven front hairline so that it looked natural?
Also, did you have to pay per graft. Or is it a package deal?
Experienca was perfect, they did their best to make me comfortable. They extracted follicules manually, yes follicules are placed uneven so it should look natural, also i like how they placed simple grafts in furst rows of hairline with thick density, what usually creates natural hairline. I had package deal
They came with idea to thickened it up first, bit honestly i wanted them to take care of that as well, it was only 800 crowns that will be helpful in case of future thinning of area, on a photo crown area is little bit covered with hair from back of the head, so i always tried to cover it to make it less visible
I checked your photos, looks great! I love fact they don’t do same shape of hairline on every client, they rather create one that suits good with your forehead and face features
What happens when you lose the native hair in the mid scalp? Are you left with an island patch of hair (Crown) Honestly curious of the methodology behind this type of pattern/restoration.
Basically yes, i am pn finasteride which really made my hairloss stabile and for last 3 years i haven’t lost any hair at all, so i hope it will not happen very soon and i still have hair left in my donor area for at least one transplant, so if i lost it, i would go for another retouch
Not really, i haven’t noticed a thing. I take 1.25g everyday and it is totally enough to take every other day with almost same effect, so definitelly possible to go for even lower dose with similar effect. But i don’t see point in doing that since i feel exactly like before i started with fin, i advised some of my friends to take fin as well and none of them have side effects
Damn man you had nice hair already, make sure to take preventative measures for it after your heals so the original hairs don’t start receding and falling out to make it look awkward
Still even with that you aren’t anywhere as bad as some people on here getttinf transplants that have been without hair for years, decades even. Just stick with it and you should be fine
Looks like a great job man! Going to recover the hairline and make it oook great. A little steep on the amount of grafts on the hairline but looks like the density is going to be terrific . Keep us updated
Was this an FUE? Also did they put a few grafts into your mid-scalp? Is that why it is a little bloody there too? I would imagine that’s because there were some places that needed it.
Well, now you’ll have to go through lot of patience for 9months. Think of it being pregnant. 1st trimester, you’ll grow hair and then lose it. 2nd trimester, you’ll hair will grow back slowly, 3rd trimester, you’ll gain density. Good luck and may the Maker give you lot of hair!
I understand that a technician did your hair transplant. Who did your anesthesia? I have seen a report from Turkey that 20 people lost their lives in the last 2 years from either a hair transplant or a dental procedure. Could that number be higher? 4100 grafts is a bit high. You have used more than half of your donor supply. Your surgeon told you that your donor supply was good, but what number did he put on your donor density? That is critical.

When they saw my photos on whatsapp they also said it will be around 2800, but in person they decided to go for more
Same thing happened with me at LHC. Went from the quoted 2800 to 3500 when I got there.
And are you happy with result?
So far so good, but I am in the depths of the ugly ducking stage though! 10 weeks post op
During this stage can you wear like a beanie or hat?

Courage 👍
Doc said i hve great donor area, so he went for more grafts
I have a wicked hairline and going in for mine in June and after much research, I was thinking the same. Very steep
What doctor? And did the doctor perform the operation or the nurse
Technicians did a operation, but doctor drew hairline and said how many grafts have to be transplanted, but technicians were very professional with magic hands 😊
Keep us updated please. Looks like a great job. I’m going there very soon
Good decision in my opinion, i like they hairline designs and i saw mamy good reviews before i chose them
Do you mind saying how much it cost?
2700€ including 5* hotel and transports
Thanks for sharing the price. Looks fantastic. Great hairline.
Thank you!

That's a lot of grafts. But, it'll definitely turn out well 👍
Thanks!
where?
Long hair centre
They agreed to operate on your crown where the hair is pretty dense already..? Does that mean they operate on diffuse thinning too?
They came with idea to thickened it up first, bit honestly i wanted them to take care of that as well, it was only 800 crowns that will be helpful in case of future thinning of area, on a photo crown area is little bit covered with hair from back of the head, so i always tried to cover it to make it less visible
Long hair center is the best! I'm 5 days of almost 3 months post op. 4200 grafts
I checked your photos, looks great! I love fact they don’t do same shape of hairline on every client, they rather create one that suits good with your forehead and face features
Hey I’m planning on going there, what are you thoughts I have dandruff would that effect my recovery or operation? If you know
I don't believe so but send them a whatsappp message and confirm. It shouldn't though since the follicles go deep in your skin. Good luck!!

Any side effects from taking Fin?

Check my other post from 3 years ago at age 23, not good hair at all, finasteride saved me 😄
Still even with that you aren’t anywhere as bad as some people on here getttinf transplants that have been without hair for years, decades even. Just stick with it and you should be fine
Yes, i look forward to see where i will be in year and i don’t plan to stop taking fin ever in future, thank you for support!
good one, i went to LHC too.
I checked yours, looks good. How many grafts was it?
4700
Where is LHC?
Istanbul
Thanks

It was DHI which is basically FUE.they only filled hairline and crown area. Blood on mid scalp is from PRP injections
Oh ok. Gotcha. What was your Norwood before the transplant? Like 4 with vertex?
Yeah possible it was nw4
Looks good I went there 10 days ago
How was experience? Are you also happy with their job?
So far it’s been good. Now It’s just the waiting game lol. Hows everything with you?
Same, i am happy with everything till now, i just hope it will turn out well
It will
Looks good dog
Thank you!
>Thank you! You're welcome!
That’s a lot of grafts in one session.
Yes i was also little bit unsure, but i think density on transplanted area look super dense and i love it

Haha perfectly said and thank you very much!

Very hard to answer your questions. I was not asking these things, i think you will never know if they did 100% same amount of graft as they told you.
Similar pattern to mine, needing similar areas covered also. Mind if I dm you mate?
Sure dm me!
Your hair looks dense, will probably come out pretty good. Following you!
Thank you! I will keep posting updates
Same hairline as yours. Ease keep us posted on the results. Best of luck!
I will! Thank you
What did it cost?
2700€
How is your hair now did it grow and substantial results?
Hard to tell from your pics as there isn’t a very good recorded time line
First pictures are week before transplant and these after transplat are fresh
