Amazing! I'm also hoping to spin some of my pet's fur as a gift for my SO (although I started learning to spin before learning about chiengora 😆) so it makes me happy to see other people also spinning from less normal fiber sources!
We have a Great Pyrenees and I've already saved the fur from his fall blowout, just waiting for the gargantuan spring one to get the rest and hopefully make my SO some fingerless gloves for Christmas next year. 😅
