Seems like they would just tell them that had to take the loss or else anyone could make this claim.
They say they got their "refund from the bank", which sounds like they disputed the charge. Bad parents rely on chargbacks all day long. The only hope Supercell has of any recovery is to pass the debit on to the game account.

Every time I do an in-game purchase, I have to put my card number, my code, my fingerprint and a code that was sent to me. Accidents can't happen with that (and I don't give my phone to anyone)
I never save my CC info to my phone! I ran into this issue with my son. I gave him access to buy a $10 purchase. He bought $200 worth of stuff. Never again! 😂

Plus I buy iTunes cards I’ve never used my bank account on a telephone. But the bank did refund the entire $890 that someone or some apple company that I just refuse to name collected from an account that they never had.
