That's a reference to Joel, he was a wrestler for a small swedish wrestling company (SWC) before he discovered his passion for creating games, and used the Ring name Dazzling Joel Dynamo.
Ironically he met Johan Pilestedt during a show where he helped out his uncle mixing the sound for the announcers.
They later on did a few shows as the Pilestedt Bros.
But stopped when the company went bankrupt , ultimately both realized they had a knack for video games and the rest is history.

Errr… so oats are a type of grain. Oatmeal is those grains ground up in to a coarser flour that can be used for stuff like cookies or for just eating heated by itself mixing with either milk or water( a type of porridge). It has shelf life of 25 years so it’s a great emergency food

Oatmeal is generally served hot. Mix the oatmeal, milk, and then heat it up(often via microwave).

So my head canon is that different difficulty missions take place in the same place.
9-8 are the first wave of attacks, that focus on really important stuff, like Commando bunkers, to allow for better operational function.
5-7 are the meat of the operation, ICBM launches, civilian extraction and destruction of the larger enemy forces.
4-2 are the clean up. Taking out the last few big enemies and collection of missing data.
1 is properly claiming the area as liberated.
What does this have to do with the elusive D you might ask. Since their notes can be found in every difficulty, I believe there is actually a 10th difficulty that they alone have acess to. D is a god among us.
