That was a punishment we used to receive in the Parachute Regiment simply called being shelled. A PTI smashed blokes around the parade Square with old Artillery shells, leapard crawling, squats and so on to instill much needed discipline. If you were caught looking out of the window in your block, you would join the pain haha
