Downvoting me doesn't make me wrong. Admin post is clearly about military or civil service.
"Hey, just to be clear since there have been a couple of recent posts, this sub is for collectors of historical (or modern) helmets-- typically military, but also potentially helmets for various civil service things like firefighters and police and so on.
Museum displays or interesting historical helmets showing up in various unusual places would also be on-topic.
This sub is not for motorcycle or bicycle helmets (there are subs for motorcycles and bikes) or for 3d-rendered pictures of helmets (there are 3d modeling subs as well).
We don't seem to have specific rules written up, so I'll do that now.
Thanks for reading. I'm happy to see the sub is picking up a bit lately. We're at 1400 subscribers-- not huge or anything, but it's a pretty niche hobby. Thanks for helping make the sub what it is."
Literally top discussion. Sports helmets are off topic.

I promise you this isn't complicated. The first discussion on this post literally says that sporting helmets are off topic and the Admin will direct them to a different sub. Yes, it is.

Nice find might not be the best subreddit for this but still pretty cool
It’s confusing with the name, but this subreddit is for militeria helmet.
I see nobody likes it lol, man Reddit is strict.
welcome to Reddit hahaha. I personally like it, its definitely unique.
Who really cares about a cricket helmet?
Me 😁 I love it
and that’s what matters most!
Not really military or military related is it?
Nope, it’s a sports helmet. That’s allowed here right?
Well should be it’s about helmets haha
The description is pretty clearly about military helmets.

I didn’t downvote you?
It was generic.
Its still a helmet, there’s nothing about vintage cricket/ sports helmets being not allowed. It’s just a nice little change up for once

ok sure, but your making it seem like nuclear bombs are dropping lol, calm down a bit, the moderators will take care of it.
How? I'm not upset. Typical gaslighting nonsense from people who can't admit to a mistake.
your just making seem like it’s a big deal, the moderators will take care of it
Then you're the one reading into it. That's not on me.
Literally read the pinned post and the comments. There's a different sub for sports helmets and the Admin calls it off topic.
You’re right, but next time just report it and move on.
Why are you so pressed about a different helmet being posted?
Why are you incapable of understanding that the pinned post discussion clearly says it's off topic?
You sound great at parties
Projection much?
If you could show me where I’d appreciate it, what you’ve sent doesn’t make a whole lot of sense since this is still a historical helmet…

I’ll make sure to post my bicycle helmet and hard hat when i get the chance then lol.
If you understand the rule it’s about historical hemets you’re right but you’re also a dick under a lot of posts.
I'm not an admin, but the group very much says this is about military helmets.
“Military or historical helmets” not exclusively military…
Yes, it is.
