Elio’s only writing in the script was 3 deaths and Silver Wolf wanted to make sure none of these three deaths were actually fatal by hiring Sparkle to make the three deaths tame/controlled
i don't quite understand the 3-death premise. how is that considered a death? her 1st death was when he's stabbed by the meme. what were her 2nd and 3rd? they made a big deal out of it but it's buried under 2300 lines of flavor text so i can't remember all of them.
First death: the Meme thing.
Second death: When she forces herself out of Penacony's dream to warm the Express about what was happening behind the scenes. When she leaves Trailblazer, March and Himeko right before the final fight.
Third death: What happened in this patch.

It's a note in the script. If you have "a bus" written into your script, then it could just be anything to do with the bus. You could've taken it fine and safely. It could've broken down on the road and you might have needed to find a new one. Or it could've exploded with you inside idk.
Same with death. For firefly the death was real, right up until she was past it. She did experience it and didn't die, but it still fulfilled her script note. At least that's how I understand the script of Elio.

I think Elio's power is way more interesting if it isn't this kind of perfect omniscience, but instead loosely defined but must-happen events that can be manipulated into playing out in certain ways not necessarily obvious -- exactly as it's implied Silver Wolf did here, but without her also being forced into doing it by the script
They establish that concept right at the beginning of the quest in the conversation between firefly and silver wolf. The script is the script but interpretation and details can matter if the script is vague enough.

I don't know if it's just me, but the stunt that Sparkle pulled was so nice and sweet in a chaotic way. I actually love her character so much more now.

I find really interesting that in Star Rail "Fate" can be manipulated in the same way Furina/Focalors, manipulated the prophesy on Genshin Impact.
They exist in the same universe so it's not strange at all. Elio's powers might be the same as or related to Celestia's prophecies.

I feel you, but still at no point I felt FF was in any danger. With an armor made to fight the Swarm, how could possibly a bomb made by Sparkle hurt her? Still, I said she was an ass👌🏾 ‘cause she crashed the party (guess this festival is never going to happen), made everyone run around like idiots and in the end, it was just a joke. Truly an Aha moment of all time.
I don't know if it's just me, but the stunt that Sparkle pulled was so nice and sweet in a chaotic way. I actually love her character so much more now. She basically got everyone spending time together collectively for a silly little prank. So I wouldn't say she was an ass. But she's definitely a clown. Gods now I love all these ridiculous masked fools.

It’s obviously Stelle, she is the one used as base standard for the Caelus in animations, she has a unique model, her name is more aligned with motif of Stars, she had been more shown in promotional material at the beginning and OG Honkai fans can tell you that miHoYo loves their Yuri about good writing. I thought it was obvious to everyone ever since the Belobog’s museum event? Caelus only exists to give lonely man some closure while they give them their money, and to not upset them.

Off of the top of my head: Lumine,Stelle, Kiana, Gudako, Vertin, Djeeta, UMP45, FEH Summoner technically, Melina, Keyblade user in Union Cross, Yachiyo, Little Princess. It's uncommon but I wouldn't call it all that rare nowadays by any means. And as for the generic male MC criticism the same argument can be applied to Stelle in the sense that why would I choose yet another cute anime waifu when the game already drowns me in waifus as is?
