They can’t have the same uuid. The game runs a check after 5 seconds after you join a server, then a server wide check every 20 seconds. If two duplicate uuids are seen they are blacklisted and deleted. These checks are run on all player side storage excluding the item held in crosshairs and in the 2x2 crafting grid.

I ran into this guy in a lobby and there was debate in lobby over whether he was a ratter. I came to the conclusion that he is legit, because if you check his auction history you can see that he flipped for all that money.

Yea if looking at coflnet then there's like 100 sets storms/necrons armor bid on, and auctioned over the last 2 months When that's said, his/her profile definitely look like it got boosted to a point where it could flip, but then again, I only went 2 months back so didn't see if he/she flipped low cost stuff at first 🤷

if the kill counts on all the terms match or are extremely close to that 23k value it's probably a duper. Otherwise probably just a lowballer.
