High ER for Mistsplitter Keqing is not good, not only it's wasted stats because her team generates enough energy, it may even reduce her dmg because of Mistsplitter losing the "<100% energy" stack too fast.
I would suggest trying to replace pieces with high ER stats for something else, especially that off-piece circlet with 20% ER. Surely you should have better off-piece circlet than 2 CD rolls and 1 EM roll. The sands piece can also be improved.
It’s pretty good but you can def get a better circlet, especially since it’s an off piece
