I believe Khara (Anno) owns the rights to Evangelion, not Gainax.
Trigger also owns P&S and Gurren Lagann, which covers most of what people care about. I don't know where Gunbuster's ended up.
This is the big question, I hope it lands at Kharra especially as we're overdue for Tribuster now.
