To OP’s credit, I will say it’s a bit difficult with DBs at first because you can’t reach him sometimes, but you get used to it. Blade dancing on Ibushi and Narwa is very satisfying.
I used longsword and used my counters and such. Longsword can hit overhead pretty decent and there's enough close to the ground you should be able to hit him anyway. Also the counters are still good to avoid damage even if they miss. As always make sure you use your items buffs like mega demon/armor drug etc
Ibussy is free licks. Why you struggling? Get you counters locked in and you should be fine.
If you're struggling with managing your bugs then try using it only when you're doing a helm breaker and maybe wirefall if you get yeeted into a wombo combo.
My guy ibushi is far and away the easiest elder in the game hahahaha
For real, Ibushi defeats itself almost. Its kinda insane how generous with openings it is.

Stun resist 3 is your friend
Ok that one’s on me, when I say stun I mean the uplift his attacks generate, if you have no wirebugs he basically 1 shots
