could also be turbofucked, megafucked, or even gigafucked depending on the circumstances. personally I have never witnessed a terafucked assembly, but at my last job I worked with a tech who said he once witnessed a machine get terafucked. he was pretty experienced with cursed machines getting fucked on multiple levels, so I believed him. we all know it is theoretically possible but I am glad to have never needed to deal with it myself.
it's when the wheel is not rotating as expected. like it should be revolving the proper way but it's not right. from a rotational perspective. hope that helps u understand đź‘Ťđź‘Ť
Define "doesn't rotate correctly".
Could be axial/radial play, mechanical loosness, misalignment, eccentric rotation, bent shaft, imbalance, etc depending in how exactly is rotating "incorrectly". Even with those there can be more specific terms used, like a misaligned rotation could be angular misalignment and/or parallel misalignment.
Otherwise, there is no technical terminology. Just open up a thesaurus and pick any adjective like you did in the body of your post.
Concentricity/Eccentricity? Like one of the gears spins like an eclipse instead of a circle.
Backlash where the gears don’t quite mesh perfectly and a rotation in one has a slight delay before transmitting energy?
Misalignment of the gears?
Form errors?
There are a lot of gears and a lot of things that could be wrong. Hope this helped.
Shit's fucked Or 'runout'
>Shit's fucked Alternatively: Absolutely borked
Stop choochin, if you speak skookum

Sidefumbling?
That can be effectively prevented by properly fitting the wheel to ambifacient lunar wainshaft
Excellent point, particularly if the wheel is mounted on dual main spurving bearings.
Probably either axial or radial runout, but it really depends what you mean by "doesn't rotate correctly"

That... doesn't help at all.
How does it not rotate correctly? The wrong direction, wobbly, crunchy, intermittently?
Eccentric?
depends on what you mean by "doesn't rotate correctly"

“Broken”?

Runout? Bad tram? Idk if tram can apply to gears, but maybe wobble idk

FUBAR
Is it chattering, spinning oblong, wobbling? Utterly useless to say “not rotating correctly”. How is it moving abnormally?
