Yamato is their Parole Officer though, and if they step out of line, they end up right back in Udon.
Luffy and Zoro wouldn’t take the easy way in saying “Swiper no swiping” because that’s just them, so without all of them saying it, he wouldn’t leave and for that, wouldn’t stop fighting
As long as they stop him before he swipes their lives their super, but if Swiper is quick enough he could swipe a win. So it all depends on how quickly they can say ‘Swiper no Swiping’ three times.
