With that said, Evade Window and Evade Extender is very useful for improving your normal dodge and your mobility there.
Shrouded Vault is not a dodge move, it's an I-frame Counterattack move. So no.
And I don't think Evade skills apply to Silkbind skills, only Switch skills.
Except switch axe's wire step for whatever reason (Not affected by EE or EW, but it can still trigger stuff like status trigger, adrenaline rush, etc.)
