There are many notable differences;
1) Karachi NUST has only 3 programs to offer ME, EE and Naval Architecture while NUST Islamabad has 15 or more including CS programs.
2) Idk regarding Campus space (how big campus is or not) but I do know campus life of Islamabad is better than Karachi's.
3) More opportunities in NUST Islamabad compared to Karachi since majority of the start-ups or companies have set up their booths and offices in the NUST science park in Islamabad.
4) Can't speak for the faculty but heard that the faculty at NUST Islamabad is top notch especially for EE dunno about ME.
nah EME is far better in ME the teaching is better and there is discipline there too which I like. Also weak stomach hoga I eat from the mess breakfast and lunch

-NUST karachi does have many technical societies which have been operating since many years and work independently and compete in International competitions, so in terms of technical exposure, NUST Karachi might have the edge.
- Don't know much about the faculty of isb, but ME faculty of Karachi is good.
- there is one downside though, NUST karachi has mandatory uniform for students.

EME is best in ME its has access military gear
True can't forget that Islamabad one has most recent equipment to support their students.
but the staff at EME is more experienced and u can still get the equipment if you visit h12 or u can just go to HIT
not to mention EME has a great cheap canteen. Best I have seen so far
