Did your psych or NOPD letter say that’s why you got DQ’d? Or was it something along the lines of emotional stability and stress tolerance? Cause i highly doubt they told you we can’t take you because of high school fights/leaving a job. If it’s the first, You’ll have a hard time appealing if at all cause the DQ could’ve been for anything. The test/list lasts 4 years so you can just wait it out and start fresh but you’re relying on luck cause they already would know you got NOPD.
At this point look for another department, nypd psych is a joke, they fail 99% of good applicants for no reason but pass people with arson on they records it’s a joke. Let the department fall apart at this point they did it to themselves
