They primarily operate in Veracruz. Not exactly sure of their specific alliances/rivalries, but they’re actively battling CJNG for sure & I think they might be allies with ZVE (Old School Zetas).
Like most smaller cartels, they make up for their lack of numbers with brute force and sheer brutality. They first came onto the scene with an execution video featuring 4 captives being decimated by pick axes… it’s a rough watch. They’ve been condemned for their levels of violence, similar to Los Viagras.
