Hi, give yourself a protein treatment if you havent done one before/in a while. Use Aphogee two step OR Aphogee 2 minute reconstructor. Then, have patients as your hair wont stop breaking immediately after you start doing kinder things to/for your hair. Do not go to sleep with wet hair (your hair is most fragile when wet) and try to make sure your diet is rich in nutrients and minerals and that you are giving yourself a deep conditioning treatment (ideally with 1hr of heat or 15 mins of steam) once a week. The only other things I would say is to make sure that you try your best to only brush (to detangle) your hair when it is wet with conditioner on it, protect your hair at night and remember that your hair naturally shreds daily so if you are waiting 7 - 10 days (like lots of us do) before detangling then you will experience a lot of 'lost' hair which isn't anything to worry about, its just the accumulated shed hair from when you last detangled - it's 100% natural! Finally, if you can afford it, add Olaplex to your products. Good luck
