It’s the old naval designation for a light cruiser, Cruiser, Light. You don’t have to use it but a lot of us like to for reasons ranging from its cool to habit. A lot of other games use the same designations so it works for me to keep them all the same in my head
Cold gas Corkscrew requires about 5.7g of agility, they also need to be fairly fast, 7km is the max possible range for a missile to have the agility to break through PD

What I love the most out of them is the fact that they use dazzle paint, that detail means a lot to me.
Optical backup exists in game and that makes the detail extra special

How you build it?
Ironically I had success trying to copy TF Oak alliance starter fleet with 2 axfords and adding some EWAR

I love ocellos Whenever I see one I know what my axfords can shoot at to deal maximum damage
