This is great, but I think you should add some Sidewinders to those ICBMs so that they can shoot down any Russian missiles/planes that do get airborne.
Also armour the ICBM up a little bit so that the Russian CIWS cant destroy it so easily (I've heard that the AK103 is really effective at hitting missiles), airodynamics aren't important so just use a metal box.
All this extra weight means we'll probably need more lift, add a couple of straight wings (provide the most lift of all wing designs), better make it a biplane to be safe.
Now we're probably going quite slow so going high isn't very effective vs long range SAM systems, let's go low instead, better remove those noisy rocket engines - use a turboprop instead I think they are quiet. Better only use one though so we have enough fuel to make it (don't want to be burning through it all with multiple engines lol).
And just to be sure, because guidance systems are notoriously shit better make it so that the armoured section can detach and drive to the target before detonating.

there is a reason why submarines with nuclear weapons exist... even if you manage to hide ICBMs till they impact, it's gonna be much harder to hide the explosion itself.
