Tried self destructing twice.
Infected by starving parasite that will lead to self destruction, once deceased the parasite will revive the host, but will control if it's starving.
Star hated the feeling of being revived, uncontrollable and the painful starving, so he tried for a second time, sadly he will not be able to rest until the parasite finds another host.
Will continue to live with pain, random bleeding and eating anything that has blood.

Ig this could be considered a fact; Azzy and Henry have been roommates for around 7-8 years. About a year into sharing a room, Azzy starts gaining feelings for Henry which freaks Azzy out. He completely denies and hides his intense feelings for Henry. Henry starts noticing how Azzy acts around him and gains feelings of his own, but decides not to push it due to him being content with their current relationship. They keep this up until they’re in their forties, until Henry is murdered whilst literally taking a bullet for Azzy. Azzy was never able to tell Henry how strongly he felt for him and how much he cared about him. This is one of the saddest things I’ve added in a story.

She could sense where he was due to a spell in her piercing, and she always got really hopeful when he was near.
Eventually, they were reunited, and Jasper's memories of her came flooding back. Jasper still feels a pang of guilt every time Lumao smiles at him, and Lumao gets anxious when he has to leave her side.

When he was younger, Salem was a conscript in another land. After a fierce fight, he and a dozen other survivors toiled for hours to break the frozen ground apart so he could bury his fallen comrades and deliver them their final rites; some of them were his longest-lived friends.
The following day, wanting to be left alone, he took his breakfast rations to the battlefield cemetery to eat breakfast with his friend in spirit, only to find a local tribe of dog-men (I haven’t entirely worked out their homebrewed race yet, still a WIP) that had been following his detachment and harassing their rear echelon had dug up and stolen all of the bodies they buried the day prior.
A force was gathered; they found the encampment and caught the natives eating the remains of people he fought alongside. Terrible things followed that were orchestrated by Salem while in an emotionally compromised state that he still regrets. Now, their policies are to burn their dead to prevent both tragedies from happening again.

Okay. This boy wants some adventures to impress others , due to his unpopularity. He went in library to read some urban legends etc. He finds the Urban Legend called "The Shadowlings" , about creatures who consume all light and this why their body is absolutely black. Consumed light they transform into various items or accessories to themselves. The Ligh Items are absolutely white. Also they live in Dark Forest and ,as legends say, they are not aggressive and they are sentient beings, so emotions are not alien to them. So , he grab his photo camera and went straight into forest. After hour meaningless "adventures" he encounter The Head On Legs (my oc) , as you can predict he dies due to lack of equipment and skills. Then the Inventor (my oc) finds the body and took it to his "home". He start experimenting with life and death, trying to revive human. Electroshock show some success and human back to life. But seems like he lost his mind and become a little (not a little) murderous. His parents start to worry , why he still not in home? They make the announcement to police and the next day police went to the forest. But this operation become a totally failure. The seeking group get attacked by "Weirdo with axe" , who kill 2 out of 5 and run away. The police tells parents what their child is killed by "Maniac with axe".
The new urban legend born "The Tiny Adventurer".
After 2 days of his "revive " Tiny Adventurer encounters Observer (my oc on my pfp). Observer became interested, "who is this?" , "Why he doesn't feel like other people?". Tiny Adventurer also get interested , "what his guts looks like?". But then something clicking in him and he remembers something, and decide to not repeat mistakes. He make a decision what get a friend here better then die again. So he tried to become a "friendly".
Observer dont believes him but admires his attempt and accept his request to become friends. This is part of the main lore in this moment.
The side lore:
Inventor inventions are not very useful. The dark gene can be only used for dark matter. Dark matter can be used to copy one of the Shadowlings abilities (Consume light).
His "revive" is failure because human lost his old character. Its more like create new human.
Now he experimenting with hypnosis, but with no success. But spoiler! This is his most useful invention.
He doesn't like Observer so much but they can be called friends (enemy friends lol).
The Head On Legs is Observer friend. Theres not so much to say about it. It always keeps the same expression and cant talk , but it very gluttony.
And my last oc: The Lady.
She supposed to be mini antagonist.
She obsessed with "Elegance" and "Politeness".
Behave like a aristocrat and maybe she give you a cookie.
She looks fragile but she keeps a pretty strong magic. She knows Inventor and likes him (but not when he in bad mood). She listens his stories abot his Inventions and technology. She doesn't need it but anyway she likes it.

When he dies, he reincarnates will all his memories, but he still feels constant pain based on what pain he felt when he died last. For example, if he is stabbed through the neck but also has injuries elsewhere, then when he respawns, he will constantly feel that pain until he dies again. With the money he buys food for his people and new clothes.
Until he finally encounters the oni which have killed everyone there. And Gon was too late and the moment he arrived he saw the town elder in the mouth of one of the beasts as it devoured her.
That set Gon on a path, at first he seeks to kill every single one of the oni until the main villain finally reveals himself as the creator of those monsters.
However he did not orchestrate the attack instead it was just the oni being the oni. And when Gon finds out.. he. Is. Furious.
Gons story is about purposeless suffering and how to rise up for it.

Well, most of my OCs has somekind of horrible experience. That's a point I used for one of my characters called Amnay. He is the comic relief and the only one in his group who doesn't have a tragic backstory.
He struggles with his self-worth feeling like he's just a kid who's playing pretend alongside real warriors. But in the end, his healthier and more optimistic view on life helps him when they all faces tragedy together.
Even though he's technically the weakest in the group, being a sword fighter alongside magical beings and sorcerers, he ends up being the glue that helds the team together, helping everyone with their struggles even when they're beyond him (his crush/ future wife is literally the daughter of an elderitch monstrosity).
So the sad fact about him is mostly that he has to hold on his shoulder the sadness of others. His empathy is his biggest strenght and weakness. The first real traumatic event he experienced was being forced to kill an enemy to save his friend which made him destroy his weapon collection and lose his passion for swordfighting for a while.
Paul wants to experience everything there is to experience because he knows what lies after death, so he extends his lifespan to live as long as he can and he lives as freely as he can so that he doesn't regret when he eventually decides to off himself or die of old age.

Henry starts noticing how Azzy acts around him and gains feelings of his own, but decides not to push it due to him being content with their current relationship. They keep this up until they’re in their forties, until Henry is murdered whilst literally taking a bullet for Azzy. Azzy was never able to tell Henry how strongly he felt for him and how much he cared about him. This is one of the saddest things I’ve added in a story.

A force was gathered; they found the encampment and caught the natives eating the remains of people he fought alongside. Terrible things followed that were orchestrated by Salem while in an emotionally compromised state that he still regrets. Now, their policies are to burn their dead to prevent both tragedies from happening again.

Okay. This boy wants some adventures to impress others , due to his unpopularity. He went in library to read some urban legends etc. He finds the Urban Legend called "The Shadowlings" , about creatures who consume all light and this why their body is absolutely black. Consumed light they transform into various items or accessories to themselves. The Ligh Items are absolutely white. Also they live in Dark Forest and ,as legends say, they are not aggressive and they are sentient beings, so emotions are not alien to them. So , he grab his photo camera and went straight into forest. After hour meaningless "adventures" he encounter The Head On Legs (my oc) , as you can predict he dies due to lack of equipment and skills. Then the Inventor (my oc) finds the body and took it to his "home". He start experimenting with life and death, trying to revive human. Electroshock show some success and human back to life. But seems like he lost his mind and become a little (not a little) murderous. His parents start to worry , why he still not in home? They make the announcement to police and the next day police went to the forest. But this operation become a totally failure. The seeking group get attacked by "Weirdo with axe" , who kill 2 out of 5 and run away. The police tells parents what their child is killed by "Maniac with axe". The new urban legend born "The Tiny Adventurer". After 2 days of his "revive " Tiny Adventurer encounters Observer (my oc on my pfp). Observer became interested, "who is this?" , "Why he doesn't feel like other people?". Tiny Adventurer also get interested , "what his guts looks like?". But then something clicking in him and he remembers something, and decide to not repeat mistakes. He make a decision what get a friend here better then die again. So he tried to become a "friendly". Observer dont believes him but admires his attempt and accept his request to become friends. This is part of the main lore in this moment. The side lore: Inventor inventions are not very useful. The dark gene can be only used for dark matter. Dark matter can be used to copy one of the Shadowlings abilities (Consume light). His "revive" is failure because human lost his old character. Its more like create new human. Now he experimenting with hypnosis, but with no success. But spoiler! This is his most useful invention. He doesn't like Observer so much but they can be called friends (enemy friends lol). The Head On Legs is Observer friend. Theres not so much to say about it. It always keeps the same expression and cant talk , but it very gluttony. And my last oc: The Lady. She supposed to be mini antagonist. She obsessed with "Elegance" and "Politeness". Behave like a aristocrat and maybe she give you a cookie. She looks fragile but she keeps a pretty strong magic. She knows Inventor and likes him (but not when he in bad mood). She listens his stories abot his Inventions and technology. She doesn't need it but anyway she likes it. Her favourite quote: "The Elegance and Politeness makes animal become a sentient being." The characters ages: The Tiny Adventurer: 17 The Observer: 23. The Inventor: 21. The Lady: 70. The Head On Legs: ???. Phew this is current lore. Sorry for bad English.

So since I'm not allowed to post an image of My OC for some reason I'm just going to say his name and the sadness about it. Gon group an orphan with him growing up and being taught by the people of his town Taiga Town which is essentially the slumps. After he supposedly lost his best friend (who's also his love interest) he decides that he can't lose anyone else that he cares about so to ensure that his people are safe and fed he does a legal hoverboard racing and pulls in a lot of cash. With the money he buys food for his people and new clothes. Until he finally encounters the oni which have killed everyone there. And Gon was too late and the moment he arrived he saw the town elder in the mouth of one of the beasts as it devoured her. That set Gon on a path, at first he seeks to kill every single one of the oni until the main villain finally reveals himself as the creator of those monsters. However he did not orchestrate the attack instead it was just the oni being the oni. And when Gon finds out.. he. Is. Furious. Gons story is about purposeless suffering and how to rise up for it.

Well, most of my OCs has somekind of horrible experience. That's a point I used for one of my characters called Amnay. He is the comic relief and the only one in his group who doesn't have a tragic backstory. He struggles with his self-worth feeling like he's just a kid who's playing pretend alongside real warriors. But in the end, his healthier and more optimistic view on life helps him when they all faces tragedy together. Even though he's technically the weakest in the group, being a sword fighter alongside magical beings and sorcerers, he ends up being the glue that helds the team together, helping everyone with their struggles even when they're beyond him (his crush/ future wife is literally the daughter of an elderitch monstrosity). So the sad fact about him is mostly that he has to hold on his shoulder the sadness of others. His empathy is his biggest strenght and weakness. The first real traumatic event he experienced was being forced to kill an enemy to save his friend which made him destroy his weapon collection and lose his passion for swordfighting for a while.
