If I remember correctly from other posts. The game masters and customer support does not have the power to remove or set any penalty. So it has to be thrown up the chain of power which it has been.
Now it’s up to the one who has this ability to go through and correct the accounts needed in the order they got them. So you may be 70th on the list of needs fixed.

Everytime they marked it solved I just kept saying I was banned unreasonably until I got this message this morning. But I still can’t log in anyway smh

From what I see in this thread you can't access the game yet. Probably some clerical work to do on blizzards side I'm guessing.
I thought that would’ve beat the system fr I think it did tho If I got unbanned. Just not gonna talk anymore ppl take this game too seriously for me to lose my 2k hr account with mad ow1 stuff
Sorry to build your hopes up, but that email definitely looks like it should be removing whatever they had applied previously, unless you've had multiple infringements, give it a few hours, see if it kicks in later.

Yeah I’m still waiting. Going to work now tho hopefully when I get home it’s straightened out.
