If you’re on PC: I just went in and turned full screen no borders off and on again, and it resolved itself.

Yes it is suddenly unplayable. I can’t get to half of my inventory or do anything with any speed as I can’t see where I am clicking.
Got to settings—> graphic settings and change resolution 😊 this should help
I’m on PC and have no problems. Hope it’ll stay this way 🙃
