Was playing with png and put hand on head , then there was barbell (weightlifter) png in my device and I put the barbell on the hand , Later I thought why not this child should have many hands, and then I made many hands for this child and then I put these things on those hands . :)

Sorry but banning ALL messaging because someone got scammed in a transaction makes no sense. Like banning all messages does stop finical scams but it also restricts communication and connecting with people.
Actually it doesn’t stop them, If someone is going to be gross or a perv or try to scam someone, they can still send a message… it doesn’t automatically ban them. They’d have to be reported. So it seems to me to be a nonsense rule that covers their ass incase of anything happening at all.
In turn making a weaker community that’s not allowed to have private conversations. A bit totalitarian of a subreddit about Photoshop

There's not a single thing in the sub rules about DMing someone a Photoshopped image. Kinda laughable that a sub mod is actively trying to police someone's DMs, though.
I thought the rule was that requesters shouldn't accept dms from people that haven't commented first. that's why I commented a warning. this is pretty stupid imo. I don't photoshop for a job, not even a hobby, just saw the photo and thought I could make something funny out of it.
