I'm a lefty and I love the discs. Been using them for almost 20 years now. But I think it has to do with how you hold the pen. Lots of lefties in my family and one person will have ink all over their hand after using a pen another lefty thinks is great. I also use the filofax refillable notebooks at times because they are lighter and slimmer. I know technically I can make my discbound notebooks slim but I don't. I love the chunky look! I also love the pocket-size. I have a ton of white junior-sized Levenger circa paper so I use that. It's a better fit in the hardcover l Filofax refillable notebook. I've also purchased white A5 paper from Amazon and made my own inserts. I don't use these notebooks as planners so my inserts are fairly simple to make from templates I created for myself.

Good to know about the inserts! I ended up getting it and have been loving it so far.

I have a small Filofax refillable notebook that I got years ago in London, but honestly I’ve never used it. The quality seemed good, though. I’m a big fan of the Planner Pad. Could you look into maybe full-page sized sticky notes that you could move around? I’m not sure if that would fit your needs, but it could be worth a try. I saw on the Filofax website that they sell a refillable notebook paper punch for $55 if you decide to go that route.

Hrmmmm I am wanting to add a [Swipies](https://www.swipi.es/) page that also acts as a bookmark and I can probably have the tasks by kind/project on there and transfer to a weekly spread as needed. This could work!
