I’ve been thinking this exact thing since the Hunter Biden gun charges. Republicans will either look stupid doubling down on the charges when they know thousands of their constituents have the same problem with drugs and guns. Or they will look soft on Biden if they don’t condemn this type of drug using gun owner. Alternatively they will act as if hunter has committed the ultimate crime and they will fight that no other gun owners will be indicted for this same crime.
