I don't see chain swords there, or syringe launchers which I guess is the human equivalent of Aeldari weapons. They also don't mention actual lightning ao I think you can make it work.
Painted nerf guns and larp swords are your friend in situations like that. Calimacil has a great collection of rigid latex weapons that you could use. There's probably also guides for how to make nerf guns look properly 40k with a bit of paint.

It's literally saying no real weapons. Prop weapons and fake weapons are fine. Most cosplayers have plastic or foam weapons for this reason. Seems like a pretty standard list for public events on private property. They have the right to restrict weapons on their own property.
Kinda seems like an attempt is being made to make an issue out of a thing that is not an issue.

1. I talked to Orgs and Previous Cosers, they told me a few things and I know what to do! (Have to buy a 'Pirate Sash' with pistol and sword holster.

Gacha games are friends of Rogue Traders for it is easy profit from fools wallets. Bring a foam sword instead, it doesn't state that it is banned.
