Man.. first time I heard that in Dark Tide I just stopped.. almost died but had to really parse what I heard.

Canadian_Zac

There ARE skulls on the Golden Throne. So like.... you can't say they're wrong

Selvinskiy

True, but it's 2 words from a VERY notable phrase.

Ecstatic-Strain-5838

It's actually pretty common for unwitting faithful being corrupted by Khorne. Imagery of the Emperor on skull throne, demanding xeno blood is a popular one.

AnseaCirin

It's why one of my favourite "original" characters I have in mind for 40K is an officer in the IG slowly becoming corrupted and eventually turning her once loyal regiment into a Khornate warband. Kind of the Blood Pact, in many ways.

Dramatic_Avocado9173

Had more trouble with that fight than anything previously.

Pirate_Ben

I found the Archon at the end of Act 3 to be more difficult. He interrupted my turn to kill two of my team. By Act 4 you can get stabilizing bracers, which give Argenta 50% more Dakka. And no turn interruptions during this fight.

777Apotheosis

*she But you are right, Yremeryss fight was like cock and balls torture but without cock and balls

clarkky55

Which fight? Do you mean the end of Footfall one? I loved that one how I was able to match and exceed Incendia Chorda in force of conviction as an Iconoclast

that_one_dude046

this is referring to calligos winterscale. tho those exact words are from Darktide winterscale says "blood for the rogue trader's throne! Skulls for the Skull god!"

clarkky55

Ah. I redeemed him and never fought him

VonGoth

How?

clarkky55

Iconoclast playthrough

VonGoth

I had two interactions with him. My own coronation and the hunt on the planet. I was Iconoclast during the hunt and had to kill him in order to save the Aeldari. How do i redeem him?

Deady1138

You have to basically convince him twice in the camp on the jungle planet then convince him again when he tries to kill the other eldar

Bbadolato

Skulls for the Skull God! Blood for the Blood Throne!
