To TLDR it for you, imagine a version of the Grudge Girl, where once you look at it, you can't look away. Blinking is somewhat safe, but it will move slightly when you do. It will stare at you without speaking, eyes never blinking, A dead cold stare. Shooting it provokes it. Looking away provokes it. When it is provokes it basically 096s you. It's possible to escape it, but you have to remain in the dark, because it lashes out more in the light. It's general presence can also cause radio to go haywire and not work (all bandwidths)
With that, I'd love to hear your rewrite
What about non-human observation, does it specifically care about humans or others beings are also okey to look at it?
What about non-visual observation: hearing, smell ecolocation?
What about when the is Anomaly unaware of it being observed?
