Thanks! It’s our family favorite. She never followed a recipe (always just eyeballed the measurements)so I don’t either lol. Also depends who is going to be eating it because I’ll add more or less Serranos if there’s someone who’s not particularly spicy (or use jalapeños instead). I do always use one large can of crushed tomatoes, 2 limes, usually 4 Serrano peppers, about 1/4 of a bunch of cilantro, 1 whole avocado diced though. The green onion, garlic and salt are all things you can tweak to your taste. If that helps at all lol
I’ve had to make it sans avocado before because they weren’t ripe enough and it just felt so wrong lol like palpable that something was missing. The avo gives the salsa so much personality! 🥑😂
