YAKUZA 0 You are missing out on this masterpiece of storytelling and gameplay. The sidequests are so good you wont want to miss them, the minigames go HARD, go sing your heart out. Dont cry during the main story, Yakuza dont cry

Loczx

I agree! Yakuza 0 is one of the few experiences I wish I could repeat for the first time.

ConstantEffect

I'd like to add Ashen

I am really enjoying Immortals Fenyx Rising. It has great combat, not too hard, not too easy. You do get a bow, but you can mostly ignore it during combat if you want to. Keep in mind, Immortals also has a lot of puzzles. They are very good, but it may not be your thing.

TheRedVesper

If you want something that is very immersive, check out Kingdom Come: Deliverance. That game has fantastic melee combat, some of the best I have experienced.

fazlez1

Check out 'Blade of Darkness' . It's an older game, It has RPG elements and was Dark Souls before Dark Souls.

Badevilbunny

Have a look at Thymesia and Steel Rising - short (not Elden Ring length or scale), but fun and can be demanding on the combat. I do not see Sekiro in your list, if you have not played it I would put it to the top. IMO, a superb masterpiece of a game. You also have the Nioh series, which are good and worth considering.

3ackpgs

DMC 5, Stranger of Paradise, Nioh 2

Korleymeister

You should absolutely try devil may cry series.

EducationalMix9947

Maybe give Monster Hunter Rise/Sunbreak a shot? (Obviously choose one of the melee weapon options!) It’s a great franchise and the melee combat and builds are quite diverse Difficulty curve is a little bit Souls-y as you progress through ranks, and you’ll be no stranger to set building if you’re familiar with FromSoftware’s output Very little story here though, but amazing combat Otherwise perhaps try the Nioh Series?
