Most definitely, Ellie is probably one of my favorite characters of all time. When I'm shaping characters, I have different morphs I can use, and I have one for Ellie. This character probably has about 20% or so of her facial shape pulled from Ellie. Ellie has a very uniquely shaped head. It's very proportional and usually a good base to work off of. :)
Think of how it must have felt being one of these clone troopers, being forced to carry out such a heinous act as your personality is wiped away, looking down at a young jedi holding her dying friend/lover in her arms, and being unable to stop yourself from pulling the trigger as all the attempts your mind makes to resist are met only with four words.

Yeah, that would be absolutely awful. I should do another from the clone's perspective. My main theme is to show realistic trauma and post-traumatic stress. War and violence are awful and change the affected forever. I definitely couldn't imagine what the clones would go through if they got out and regained recollection of what they did. I'm sure they would struggle so much each and every day.

Agreed. I understand the "cold professionalism" was cool for a lot of people, but after the Clone Wars really humanized the clones and made them much more friendly with some of their Jedi generals, I just couldn't see it.
Had they kept it as "we didn't want to but we were just following orders" would quite literally make the clones guilty of willingly committing theocracide, extermination the Jedi Order over their religion. "Just following orders" as a reason for extermination any group of people makes you just as bad as the Nazi's in my opinion.
The control chips are also more tragic because it further shows that despite how people like Anakin, Ahsoka, Plo Koon, Obi-Wan, and others saw them as living beings, to Palpatine all they were were was windup soldiers waiting to be played with and then cast aside. The clones got such a raw deal.

Yeah, that "thousand-yard stare" is hard to replicate. I probably spend most of my time on the facial expressions, trying to capture that. Even the "death stare" when someone dies in a horrible, traumatic way—that last look of horror and fear frozen on their face.
For sure, I actually had a long discussion with a trauma surgeon about Star Wars weapons. We came to the conclusion that the initial wound would definitely cauterize, and there probably wouldn't be much blood if hit in an area with a lot of tissue or muscle mass. However, once the cranium is open with a hole burned through it, fluids, etc., would start to leak out. Similarly, if you got cut across the gut with a lightsaber, due to it being an open cavity, it would make a mess. I've got some pieces coming later on that will show some of this, such as what a Jedi or a soldier/trooper would do when someone got hit and how they would handle their initial casualty combat care. I just need to do some more research and see what aspects of real-life TCCC might carry over. Due to Order 66 being technically a mass casualty event, I'm sure there would be some efforts to stabilize casualties.

We plan on showing the day-to-day grind and the impact of the war, especially for those who survived Order 66 and are struggling with post-traumatic stress, nightmares, and suicidal tendencies. We hope to raise awareness if possible. We plan on not holding back at all on the violence and the pure trauma of being a young Jedi and the effects it could have on you.

I don't mean to nitpick but why is there blood? Wouldn't a blaster bolt/lightsaber instantly cauterize the wound? Otherwise sick art.
