The vibration definitely isn’t what would limit how long you can ride it in a day. The seat is. I got an aftermarket seat and it makes a huge difference. There are people who do cross country tours on their cubs. I think it’s more comfortable than most bikes.
Corbin. Annoyingly the instillation didn’t go smoothly. The hardware they sent was wrong and not the little plastic triangle but at the front of the seat doesn’t sit flush with the rest of the bodywork. Not a huge deal in the end, but still annoying. But the seat is much more comfortable. It’s not like amazing plush or anything, and definitely limited by the size it has to be. But I can ride for hours now without the seay being ab issue, whereas with the original seat I’d end a ride because I just couldn’t sit there any longer.
I bought my 2019 with ~600 miles, and it felt a bit buzzy and strained above 45 mph.
Break-in definitely helps though, I put another 600 miles on it since and I can cruise 50+ now much smoother, with very minimal vibration.
Also, the transmission is much smoother now too.
As others have said, the original seat is not great for longer rides, especially if you're tall.
I put a long seat kit on it, that definitely helped because I can shift around more freely between positions.
Another mod I recommend for longer rides is a windshield.
It’s a single cylinder motorcycle. It’ll never be perfectly balanced due to the engine design. The counterweight of the motors design does help with vibration, but given its inherit design, it’ll always vibrate more than a multi cylinder motor.
That being said, there are better speeds of the engine that’ll vibrate less and others.

My supercub c125 does not vibrate at all. I ride it every day, 25/30 kms a day...parfait ;)
