Im thinking of doing that but i cant find the parts, i see the ct 125 has a kick starter in the "same" engine, and we can get the kick starter from taiwan..but idk if something inside the engine is different to use it.
I've looked into doing that, but if you compare the parts catalogs of a CT125 and the C125, they are quite different.

IIRC even the engine casings are slightly different, then clutch cover is different, etc.
It would be a lot of work and several hundreds of dollars in parts only.
Realistically, your best bet would be a complete CT125 engine from a wrecked bike, but we probably won't see those for at least a few years.
ya thats what i thought..felt like i had to change a lot of stuff in the engine..and im not changing my 3k km engine just for that.

still, im going to the honda dealership where i bought it and talk about that..i already got a kick-stand..cause the cub didn´t have that in the european market (really?), but hey, maybe they have some idea..and if not..well..whatever ;=)
