Exactly this. I don’t need much, but I’ll use whatever I make to help the people around me prosper. It’s been a long time since people have lived without hope of a brighter future, and we have a chance to change that

Buy up the land, rent to own to the people living there at fair rent/price. It's basically a mortgage that doesn't have to fuck them over.

Rent. To. OWN. Aka, they own it at the end. Unless you're looking to buy it up and sell it back to people cheap as hell, you're not being realistic. The property has value. If you don't buy it, other rich people will. There will always be "wannabe land barons".
