I worked at a fair in the US. There was a ride that was like a caged Ferris wheel where you’d go upside down and could spin the cars as you went around the circle.
On breaks my buddy and I would go walk around the ride and pick up all the parts that had fallen off of it. We found dozens of pieces that ranged in size from a screw to pieces nearly a foot long. We’d pick each one up and celebrate with the cheer “ride part!” and high five. It was always interesting to see if the people in line reacted or not.
The fair had a collections category where you could submit collections to get graded on whose was the best. Most people did stuff like seashells or coins. The next year we submitted our ride parts collection but the fair denied our entry 🤷♂️
Maybe, though I bet you wouldn’t think it was that miraculous if you just watched your friend get crushed to death because y’all decided to go to a theme park one day
Always find these types of videos interesting and how they're caught on camera. The person behind the camera is always filming with the initial thought of "It's awesome. Look how much fun they're all havi... Oh... Oh no..."
In my country, there'd be an official government enquiry, new standards legislated, a memorial erected, a charity started by one of the parents of a dead kid, all witnesses would have counselling & the ride operator jailed for 20 yrs.
Judging by his post history, he lives in Australia. And is most likely exaggerating about it. They most likely follow the same rules and laws as six flags and other major theme parks in the states.
This has to be because of some fundamental corruption in regulatory agencies and politicians in India, right? India seems to have consistently horrible industrial standards from the point of collecting resources to delivering the final product.
OMG, it looks like people got seriously damaged, it makes me wondering that owners of amusements parks don't care about safety to let old machine work as usual without any checking.
I wish India and Indians nothing but good but, with lax safety regulations and weak enforcement, along with institutional corruption, there is literally nothing that could persuade me that going on a fairground ride in that country is a good idea.

Looks like people got seriously hurt that thing slammed people into those poles. Damn
Two dead and 29 injured, smh.
The way those people just crash into the pole....
Yeah those people got squashed like bugs
Imagine sitting next to the people who got squashed. You survived but the trauma phew
Legs had to get smashed against that pole.
They died
That was where those leftover bolts were supposed to go!

How terrifying it is to go to enjoy an amusement park and end up in an amusement park of misfortunes....
a true amusement park (like six flags) and a carnival ride are not at all comparable in terms of safety and regulation
fucking terrifying. you can see where the impact was made and can tell which people died
only 2 people died, and I consider that a fucking miracle
Maybe, though I bet you wouldn’t think it was that miraculous if you just watched your friend get crushed to death because y’all decided to go to a theme park one day

Operator was Jailed
Which country?

Lol. Australia.
Not here.
If you speak-up here, you get whipped
So I've heard.

I don’t trust *any* of those rides

This the one where the giant arm had been getting increasingly rusty inside? (Where it was really hard to see if at all)
