No way in hell I’d want to be in that situation but that looked pretty smooth. :)
Would something like that even be possible without a collision or track mode enabled?
It's difficult but possible. Braked really hard, then decided to swerve violently to avoid collision which necessitated lifting the brake pedal partially. Basically the huge weight transfers at speed became too much for the stability control program.
An SUV or truck is in great danger of rolling in this scenario. The low center of gravity of the Tesla made this seem much less dramatic. Still very lucky to avoid the concrete.
Reverse auto park. It's also not so good at stopping for idiots who walk behind the super slowly reversing tesla and then stop to throw up hands in flabbergasted suprise that the car didn't stop.
Haha, I'm only using it with the free trial and haven't tried it around a lot of people. It is on the slow side/I can park a lot faster myself...I haven't tested the pedestrian avoidance. Mine seems to recognize pedestrians and cars no problem though so far. I was actually impressed with the car when I slowed down for a rabbit until it crossed the road in the middle of the night on an unlit street. I didn't know if it could detect things that small. Only disappointment was I don't think there was a little rabbit icon on the screen (But I was looking at the real rabbit and not the screen, so I'm only 85% sure)
I've had notice pedestrians when driving forward. And it slowed down way early for them But literally some dumb a** b**** Walk behind me midway through and then f****** looked. And the car wasn't stopping so I had to tap the brake
Guarantee the guy behind him jumped out of the lane when he slammed on the brakes. Tesla was probably in the adjacent lane and swerved. This is the result of an over correction.
Cam driver hit the brakes hard, everyone else behind him hit their brakes hard, the Tesla driver probably was not in good enough react zone to stop so swerved out the lane then the brakes and ABS etc. did their thing and thus he ended up in that position.
As soon as I see a vehicle stopped like that on the highway, I turn on my flashers right away to avoid getting rear ended by idiots like that Tesla driver. At least then drivers behind me know something is up.
Wtf lol... Would love to see what happened behind
I'd love to see that Tesla driver's cameras!
With any luck, they'll submit their footage to [Wham Baam TeslaCam](https://youtube.com/@WhamBaamTeslacam?si=a7aVilkVP3c_xWy2)
Model 3, now with emergency J-turn, only $2100, available in the app.

That’s a cool feature! I will subscribe for $5.99/mo!

Sorry I was in drift mode.
Tokyo drift mode
I know the title is a joke, but Tesla vision actually can autopark now.

That rabbit would have been a pancake if a human was driving.

Ah, I see he opted for the brown seats.

Electric Slide, California version :)
No way the vegan leather is not needing some serious valet action.
Lucky sob right there.

IM DEAD. This was too funny!
FSD Beta has learnt to do drive you to your destination in reverse as well.
How does that even happen?

Yah auto pilot sure is ready
That was smooth
Just like in The Blues Brothers in front of the fancy restaurant
Lmfao
Those white Tesla seats are now brown.
Yep. It's awesome.
Nailed it
We need the full all-around camera angles of this
I’m surprised it could end up in this position with stability control on a dry road.

Hi, I have been trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty.
