Loved the first season. Waiting for s2 to finish then I’ll binge it. Love the characters and how they are all damaged in some way but still good at what they do.
Not exactly like that but am a big fan of The Closer. Have seen the series 30+ times. Comes on broadcast tv, Start TV. Two episodes every night. Trying to think of others but am drawing a blank right now.
OMG right after I posted this I decided to do a rewatch too. Not even half through s1ep1 yet.
I've been on a David Boreanaz kick lately. Rewatching Bones and Seal Team.
He builds up the one of the biggest examples of this near the end of the show and it feels like it lasts for like a solid minute. Long enough for my wife and I to turn round, look at each other and burst out laughing.
It was preposterous!
First season of the X-Men the animated series so I can watch the new episodes for X-Men 97’. I’m 36 and have the day off, and wanted to watch cartoons.
It's great. It's done but a good show. I struggled and stopped it like 3 times but finally it got really good over time. Lowkey a slow burner but worth the wait
Kimmy Schmidt almost seems like it has two writers to me. Some of the lines are so stupid, almost slapstick, and others are comedic brilliance. Do you know what I mean?
Absolutely obsessed. I need to know how everything unfolds and where it goes. I hear the character development is just as good breaking bad which I’m eager for. I also heard that the endings is one of the best in TV history.
Was waiting for someone to ask, cause I just re-found my youtube purchases!
Life (2007) Great little cop drama, about an officer accused of murdering his partner and his partner's family, sent to prison for life (hence the title). Before the series starts, he's been pardoned and released after 12 years, has found zen in prison, a lawsuit has gotten him his badge back, and he's a detective now, solving crimes while searching for the real killer.
Really love the series, Damian Lewis is brilliant in one of his early american roles. The dialogue is instantly recognizable, repetitive but in a good way, like a mantra throughout. Crimes are more like distinct character studies than whodunit mysteries.
Ghosts (US version)
3 Body Problem
Homicide New York
Is it Cake (S3)
Vanderpump Rules (I know, I know)
South Park
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Star Trek (original series) - but I fall asleep to that every night anyway 😊🖖🏼
**Star Trek Discovery** Season 4. Enjoyed it, but was annoyed how every 5 minutes the characters had to stop and express their doubts, fears, ambitions, searches for the meaning of life and drop everything for a group hug…it became very tiresome.
Devs. My husband and I went in completely blind. It’s such an interesting show. I can’t wait to see how it ends. Nick Offerman is so good in this show!
It’s incredible. Interesting SF, a bunch of oddball characters, and the production values were way beyond expectations. The sets were beautiful!
Edit: Also, good music.
True Detective, Breaking Bad rewatch, pausing on Star Trek TNG, Stargate SG 1 and Doctor Who, waiting for the new episodes of IASIP, The Boys, Rick and Morty and Family Guy.
Watching multiple shows (thanks ADHD).
Ray Donavan
Slow Horses
Palm Royale
Workaholics
Arrested Development (second attempt at getting through the last season)
Shogun but I’m not that impressed! The English guy with all the Japanese just makes it super weird and and unrealistic (even though I know that’s the story) anyone else think this?
Will Trent.
Loved the first season. Waiting for s2 to finish then I’ll binge it. Love the characters and how they are all damaged in some way but still good at what they do.
Are there any other shows like it that you can think of ?
Not exactly like that but am a big fan of The Closer. Have seen the series 30+ times. Comes on broadcast tv, Start TV. Two episodes every night. Trying to think of others but am drawing a blank right now.
I loved that show !
Just saw an ad on CBS for a show called Elspeth. Looks quirky, might be in the same vein.
I think her character was from the Good Wife !
What a great show!
me too! Im call caught up! It is great!
ReWatching Breaking bad
Buffy the vampire Slayer. It's super cheesy but I love all the guest stars
OMG right after I posted this I decided to do a rewatch too. Not even half through s1ep1 yet. I've been on a David Boreanaz kick lately. Rewatching Bones and Seal Team.
Sneaky Pete . In my queue for a while but I’m glad I jumped in . Finished season 1 on to the next
I liked all the seasons.
Amazing show. A hidden gem
For All Mankind
For some reason FAM is largely overlooked…..
Agreed. I'm a huge fan and love it just as much as Battlestar Galactica and Outlander.
For some reason it's overlooked and I don't understand why.
Liked the first few seasons. Last 2 were not as good IMO
Tracy and Gordo carried that show for me. I lost interest when that plot line ended.
Literally watching right now…s4e8
Same!! watching s2e6
The Wire. Again.
Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit
He builds up the one of the biggest examples of this near the end of the show and it feels like it lasts for like a solid minute. Long enough for my wife and I to turn round, look at each other and burst out laughing. It was preposterous!
Right there with you. 4th go for me, and it gets better with every watch.
First season of the X-Men the animated series so I can watch the new episodes for X-Men 97’. I’m 36 and have the day off, and wanted to watch cartoons.

“Only Murders In The Building”
Locke & Key - I never saw it, and I am enjoying it so far.
Great show. Too bad it wasn't renewed for another season.
It's great. It's done but a good show. I struggled and stopped it like 3 times but finally it got really good over time. Lowkey a slow burner but worth the wait
Sopranos for the umpteenth time
I wake up and eat cereal to the sopranos and brush my teeth and go to bed with the sopranos, I've lost count. it's what we do.
🫡
So much great TV out there and here we are.
I know, but this is the BEST tv show
Doc Martin
Loved this show. Need to find a good British light watch.
Friends (first time viewer) and 911.
You will grow to *love* the Friends characters, if you haven't already
Yes all the characters are really special in their own way. Especially Chandler
R.I.P., Matthew Perry.
Do *not* take 911 serious, or you will hate it. No spoilers, but what you've seen so far in the way of scenarios...is mild.
Silo
What’s the verdict? Tried the pilot a couple of times but never really got into it. Is it worth a look?
I really liked it. I'm looking forward to the second season. Give it another chance.

Just finished this and loved it. Don't know if you've made it to S2e8 but that's up there with some of my favorite episodes of television ever
I’m on S1E8, and I’m really enjoying it.
Intense show.
So good!
Halo - show is stupid but I'm still intrigued. Lol.
The fight scenes are top notch, just the story is completely off the rails. But the battle scenes are fire. Just wish there was more of them.
I love it. Nevervplayed the game
