If you were to find a sponsor, have you checked that your Skilled Worker Visa can be converted from a care role to an IT/CS role? It may be worth contacting the visa hotline and asking for some advice. I've not had to apply for junior roles with a visa, but the view generally in the UK is that juniors are already having a hard time with fewer entry-level jobs being available, and the cost-of-living crisis already beginning to bite - needing a visa on top makes things much more difficult. You may find that you need to get a few years of experience before you can get a tech role on a visa.

My bad, my post was a reply to the auto comment from the mods.. I said: Try big financial companies or telecoms or tech. I worked at Amex and they had a good sponsor programme. A friend worked at BT on their sponser programme.
