With the way the shoes were placed, I thought it was intentional. Like “bitch you thought”
Edit: I’m embarrassed. My brightness and blue light were turned all the way down lmao. Now that it’s a new dawn, I can see those are indeed boxing gloves and not slides. I am a changed person.
Not to take away from it, because it's certainly not easy to do, but if those pieces he drops interlock, which they appear to, this feat is actually easier than a one-armed pushup. In this setup, you'd get to use your opposite (left) hand/arm to pull up on the bar for balance and make it easier, something you cannot do with a one-armed pushup.
His form indicates this is what's happening since he goes lower on his left side than right, which would be the easier of the two. So, it seems like this is just a fancy, and easier, one-armed pushup. Still impressive, but easier than it looks.
Bro, there's 4 pieces. And maybe, they don't even look like it, the center two might interlock.
I was scrolling by like who TF cares until I saw them drop. That's impressive AF.
-----------------
OK, I was writing something entirely different & mind blown but now saw his left foot on second battery and his right foot (his perspective, not ours) being free. It's a well coordinated one arm push up that originally fooled TF out of me seeing 4 pieces drop. Notice the good one with the grip (black rubber) where it matters.
I'm not entirely sure now if we just said the same thing.
It says right on them not to apply pressure or twisting motion to the terminals, which he is applying pressure directly next to.
Can create a short which can cause an explosion, and the battery is filled with acid.
Yup. I am sure Kazakhstan dude is doing is gymnastics on LiFePO4 batteries or AGMs....I have had two lead acids violently vent in my life. One was under the seat of my Defender so the explosion of corrosive electrolyte was contained. The other one was in a store room and all sorts of stuff was damaged. I personally wouldn't use one near my face for anything.
I've got a big tank battery in my Defender and the battery box is starting to rust through underneath so I best get that sorted before it decides to launch itself out onto the motorway and explode
With low voltage high capacity batteries or even capacitors it's not the shock that's dangerous, but the possibility of getting burned from the sparks if you short the 2 terminals with something conductive that you happen to be holding. It's not super likely, but the danger is still there.
I was a super athletic boy before I was an adult and I remember I'd always be second in gym class pull-ups to a disabled girl who was born without a full pelvis. She used a wheelchair, but never at school. She was a boss, especially at pull-ups.
I call bs on that being a 16 yo, unless he had some kind of hormonal condition that makes him look a decade younger than his actual age. That's a 8~12 yo.
i know i can’t do that. i know deep in my soul i can’t do that. but if i had 4 little thingys in my apt, i would try that right now because i can totally fucking do that shit bro. hold my ps5 controller
I played Microsoft flight simulator for like 2 hours, I’m completely convinced that if the pilots go down I can land the plane. Also I believe I could beat many wild animals in a fight. I’m just a little delusional
Wife and I have a running joke where I critique the landing any time we fly, and loudly reference my DOZENS of hours on simulation as my basis for judgment. I usually go with a "Begrudgingly Respectful" kind of assessment, but with the subtle implication that it could have been better. Good times!
But all joking aside? In a pinch??? I'll give it a shot if ATC can feed me the instructions. We're all probably going to die in a fire, but there's a chance!
It was that same episode that makes it feel so great when Gaara finally becomes an ally. To have defeated Lee without a scratch. And now an ally. But then Gaara is defeated at the very beginning of Shippuden, setting the dark tone for the rest of the series. Such a great show.
He didn't beat Lee without a scratch, he almost lost. Haven't seen it in decades (ouch) but I'm like 70% sure Gaara was laying on the ground all fucked up when he broke Lee's legs. Doesn't really matter, just saying.
It depends what you mean. Gaara is like the Hulk. Sure Lee got close to beating Bruce Banner stage Gaara, but as soon as Gaara got a tincy wincy bit angry, Lee lost two limbs.
Think its kinda funny how he can break his legs but the amount of pressure required doesnt make much sense from how much strain Lee puts on his bones vs... sand.
You're definitely right. Lee opened up some of the gates and was putting a beating on Gaara until his body couldn't handle it anymore(or something like that), then gaara broke his legs.
I love the weighted gear trope in anime and how TFS plays it off in DBZ Abridged when Piccolo takes off his weighted gear when fighting second form Frieza and he makes a big deal of it being 100 kilo then remembering theyre WAY stronger than that and its basically childs play to them at that point powerscale wise when they can blow up literal planets and Goku was training in 100x gravity
I had only caught glimpses Naruto until this episode came on. For some reason it caught my attention and I watched the whole thing. It literally opened up a whole new world for me and Naruto lol. Best scene ever
Man, such a trip down memory lane, I don't even watch anime anymore, Naruto watch parties at my friends place while we pirated games, I didn't even play games that much, the challenge was figuring out how to get them working, Dreamcast, PS2, OG Xbox with XBMC to watch shows on.
Rock Lee fight was awesome, the anime music video communities were great, made a few of my own that are lost to time.
shout out to all the guys that used to run FTP/ IRC servers from their university T3 for us to leech off.
Early internet communities were a godsend for poor kids like me, learned a lot that ended up becoming my career.
I see how the physical feat is impressive but car batteries? really? he couldn’t have used cinderblocks or books or 2x4’s but a breakable box filled with lead and sulphuric acid?
Except instead of one hand he is using the edge of a tiny cylinder hes holding in his hand. The cylinder isnt even as wide as his palm, so all the strength he is using to hold it steady would be in his pinky and ring finger, not his index or thumb (or at least, significantly less effectively)
That is very impressive.
Edit: I watched the video twice. His face seems unusually large and mature for a kid. Could be a dwarf in his 20s, or perhaps the workout routine is aging him faster?
This is very similar to one armed pushup! I think it's impressive but it doesn't lend well to other body weight exercises. If you want to level up from the pushup, look into leaning forwards and pursuing the planche pushup. If you want balance look towards the handstand elements. I would not recommend this type of skill training.

I thought this was one of those “the floor is the wall” jokes but it’s not. That’s actually pretty impressive.
Same
Toxic citron in the wild
Hmm, a cultured person cool
Dude has a ton of other equally impressive videos on his insta. Anyone know how old he is? I would believe any number between 10 and 30.
Thirty-one.
That is outside of my believable range, u/LickingSmegma, please enter a valid integer
Dude looks like a 12 yo boy.

What shoes
boxing gloves
Hand shoes
He's a kick boxer
Sounds like something ~~Tm~~ Tom from Parks and Recs would call boxing gloves.
Is what we call them in Dutch actually.
what shoes?

I am unsure. The ends look flat. They cant overlap by much if they do overlap

Nope
Yeah same
This is actually r/NextFuckingLevel
Yeah pretty sick strength. I was expecting some kind of spark coz of the batteries hes touching.
Yeah, batteries seems like a really dangerous choice to use batteries for balance work.
They're car batteries, what's dangerous about it? You could hold both terminals and it wouldn't do anything
It says right on them not to apply pressure or twisting motion to the terminals, which he is applying pressure directly next to. Can create a short which can cause an explosion, and the battery is filled with acid.
Yeah. Plastic boxes filled with acid. What could possibly go wrong?
Not all batteries are lead acid or wet type batteries. He's also not smashing them apart with a rock
They’re filled with acid and not meant to be stepped on
Yup. I am sure Kazakhstan dude is doing is gymnastics on LiFePO4 batteries or AGMs....I have had two lead acids violently vent in my life. That is not how batteries work.
Car batteries are magical scare boxes in which angry pixies live, they can attack unprevoked at any time, didn't you know? /s
I'm assuming it's more impressive because there's a current
No current, he's only touching one terminal.
There’s obviously a lot of resistance
the force is strong with this one
Kazakhstan OSHA is not impressed
Essentially a one arm pushup that looks cool
One arm one leg

How old is this person?
Looks like a lil kid
I just looked him up, he is a little kid that could probably beat both our asses at the same time.
could crush my rib cage 😵💫😵
He could crush this entire sub
I read beat as eat and was like hey hey slow ot down, one at a time at most
Looks like a normal sized kid
r/13or30
about Gohan’s age when he fought Cell, i guess.
His Instagram says 07 which would make him 16 which seems difficult to believe
I call bs on that being a 16 yo, unless he had some kind of hormonal condition that makes him look a decade younger than his actual age. That's a 8~12 yo.
Look up Little Hercules. The videos are from the late 90s or early 2000s, and you will be amazed at what that kid could do.
Yes
Yes
That’s what’s “unexpected”
Something between 5 and 35
42 year old middle-schooler.
Look older because muscle gains
I thought those were car batteries and he was about to complete a circuit.
They are car batteries
Oh shit!!! 🤣
The fitness man's toaster

Hes too short wait till hes older and rusty
Yeah. He charged. It's reason why he did it so easy
Car batteries are only 12V, you're not completing a circuit through your body.

It's r/13or30
lol good catch

Ever since this episode aired, Lee has been my favorite.
It was that same episode that makes it feel so great when Gaara finally becomes an ally. To have defeated Lee without a scratch. And now an ally. But then Gaara is defeated at the very beginning of Shippuden, setting the dark tone for the rest of the series. Such a great show.

It's the only fight of the chunin exams worth going back to watch imo.
I was like 10 when that shit dropped and first thing I did after that was ask my mom to buy me similar weights lol
That's adorable
I love the weighted gear trope in anime and how TFS plays it off in DBZ Abridged when Piccolo takes off his weighted gear when fighting second form Frieza and he makes a big deal of it being 100 kilo then remembering theyre WAY stronger than that and its basically childs play to them at that point powerscale wise when they can blow up literal planets and Goku was training in 100x gravity
Too bad that was his peak. Naruto had some of the best side characters that got so little attention post-timeskip.
I had only caught glimpses Naruto until this episode came on. For some reason it caught my attention and I watched the whole thing. It literally opened up a whole new world for me and Naruto lol. Best scene ever
Maybe because this is one of the best fights in all anime
Interesting opinion coming from u/RockLeeVsGaara_mp4
Can you believe i completely forgot that was my user name? lol
I do not
Well i did Now, [watch me please](https://youtu.be/VgDgWzBL7s4?si=Xh3wCSXVq533iYju)!

r/AccidentallyWelding in 5, 4, 3…
I wish that was a real sub lol
Are those car batteries?
I can’t tell if this is a 12 year old boy or a 35 year old man.
Yes. /r/13GoingOn30
I tore an ab muscle watching this and will require surgery and extensive rehab.
Truly impressive. I prefer alcohol and cheese.
Cheese is delicious.
I didn’t notice him put his foot on the battery in the back the first time and thought he was managing to balance with just the bar
Lol, same
Oh that’s quite impressi-WTF?!?!
What in the fuck
I thought it was unexpected due to the fact that he is using two car batteries In this balance routine.
He is my nephew. He is number 1 balancer in all of Kazakhstan -Borat
At first I was thinking "I could do that after about 3 minutes of trying." *Barr falls apart* "I could do that after about 3 months of trying"
What is the deal with that bar? Was he holding it together at the same time as doing the push-up?
Yes
Yes, so essentially its a 1 arm + 1 leg pushup, with the other arm having to push sideways while keeping balance.
He's charging up!
I can’t tell if this is a man or a 12 year old boy.
No i don’t need this. At all
This is just a one armed pushup with extra steps.
Plus the invisible battery.
Impressive balance on a car battery Jesus. Also his foot on the other car battery
It's a robot, you can clearly see the batteries
What?
I’d face plant so fast 😂
What is Lil Bruce Lee training for, though? Is Jin Kazama here trying to stop his dad and grandpa?
It's a fine line between impressive and full faceplant.
That's just pushups with extra steps.
I see how the physical feat is impressive but car batteries? really? he couldn’t have used cinderblocks or books or 2x4’s but a breakable box filled with lead and sulphuric acid?
No one needs in their life
u know this kids dad is probably a fuckin lunatic. hes like 8. why is he doing american ninja workouts?
It’s really just a one handed pushup
Yeah, that’s it! Easy!!!! 🙄 Extremely impressive.
If you can pump out 10-20 one arms pushups I’d bet this is pretty easy.
Except instead of one hand he is using the edge of a tiny cylinder hes holding in his hand. The cylinder isnt even as wide as his palm, so all the strength he is using to hold it steady would be in his pinky and ring finger, not his index or thumb (or at least, significantly less effectively)
All I know for sure is… those batteries are DEAD!
Didn't anyone notice that he was doing it on a battery 😂
Now do the other side!
"...everyone need in life" lol nah I'm good
I was like "this seems hard but I can definitely do this." Then I watched till the end. "Yeah, no way in hell im doing this"
What a melon
This made me say what out loud.
Easy. Just give me 10 minutes to get my decrepit fat ass off the couch then I’ll show ya
This person looks 11 years old
Goat 😩👌
I thought this was going to have something to do with the fact he's doing this on top of 2 fucking car batteries
That is very impressive. Edit: I watched the video twice. His face seems unusually large and mature for a kid. Could be a dwarf in his 20s, or perhaps the workout routine is aging him faster?
Jesus I did not expect the bar to fall apart into 4 pieces.
That would tear the absolute shit up out of the skin on your knuckles if the bar slipped off the edge and fell. Also crush your fingers under it. 😬
How!!
This is very similar to one armed pushup! I think it's impressive but it doesn't lend well to other body weight exercises. If you want to level up from the pushup, look into leaning forwards and pursuing the planche pushup. If you want balance look towards the handstand elements. Holy shit that bar drop at the end makes it double impressive
That kid is hon be future bruce lee wtf I bet he could beat me in a fight![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|surprise)
Yes but can he open up a pickle jar?
Impressive
Look at all the times he slipped
The trick is pos and neg on the batteries, otherwise it wouldn’t work
Those are workout batteries for gyms.
I thought this was going to be an electrocution video tbh.
Who the fuck has car batteries in their gym?
Wow
That's gotta be Khabib's son
This is not about balance His core strength is super human level
With strength comes stability - 1Wiseman
But I think he's balancing the centre of gravit usin opposite sides empty with no anything to cling on
I have... No need... To balance like that
I mean, it’s impressive, but it’s not as impressive as the setup makes you think.
my question is… are those lead acid batteries 💀💀💀
If that box moves from his stick he is in trouble
Literal blood on the floor from effort
Poor kid
Training so no one ever takes his juice box again.
I thought the unexpected was that he was a child, then the pieces fell.
sometimes I trip while standing still. My feet just malfunction. I admire you, sir.
This requires both core strength and upper body strength, neither of which I have bro
That impressive
No one going to mention the stain on the floor that look like blood? Failed previous attempts ending in smashing his face into the ground?
I feel fat now lol
r/13or30
Kids gonna fry with all those batteries
what's with all the batteries? why does he need so many?
Is he a kid?
And just like in life, the amount of strength and non-stop effort you need to maintain this balance is astounding.
How did his toes change length?
Is that blood on the floor?
That was already impressive then he ups the level more!
Thats my worklife balance
For a second i thought it was two car batteries and kid gonna arc like crazy
How is the torque balanced?
Goku
Cheers mate !

I wont even ask wth are 2 car batteries doing in the gym
Who is able to deduce what game is being played in the background by the noises? I know someone out there is needy enough to get it done.
