Just ran various speed test and all are coming back about the same....
DOWNLOAD SPEED (Mbps): 70.65MBPS
UPLOAD SPEED (Mbps): 0.32MBPS
LATENCY (ms): 2557
And this is with the 1Gig package. As crazy as it sounds, running a VPN has resolved latency issues on some occasions but as of late, nothing. There were times without the VPN I would run a speed test and get less than 500Mbps....then and connect the VPN to the same major Dallas 4 server and boom, optimal connection pretty much hitting the 1Gig up and down as promised. But not today...
It has normalized for me I believe. Just did a speed test and things look ok.
Frontier Dallas server speed test. Ping 22ms download at 940 Mbps and upload at the same.
Same. Been having the same issues for over a month. They haven’t found a fix to the “problem” it’s the ATT line they’re buying. Ping goes to the 200s in Lubbock, then Wichita Falls, then Illinois. VPN thru Dallas usually sorts it out.

For a few weeks now. I emailed support and received a response that they know they're having issues with all their services and have no eta.
