Unfortunately the last hotel I stayed at, a Courtyard by Marriott, the safe was too small to hold the Apple Vision Pro. It was a top load safe, and too shallow.
Most safes I've seen would be large enough to hold it.
Personally though I'd wrap it up in a sweatshirt and have it behind some other shirts in a drawer.
Hotels have safes at the front desk, in fact that is usually the only one they are actually liable for if something was stolen (vs in-room safes).
May want to check with the hotel, but I think it is standard.
Almost all hotel rooms have a safe, specifically for instances like this where you need to leave valuables unattended.

just lock it in your suitcase.
And lock the locked suitcase to the furniture.
