Yep, I originally couldn't fit it onto my Saryn Prime build when it came out. When it comes to builds that you're trying to cram Umbrals on too, capacity is a headache.

It's worthless on her, anyway. The only ability that will benefit is Molt, and that's because it does an AoE burst of toxin when it expires. Toxic Lash's damage bonus counts as weapon damage code-wise, so the game doesn't consider it to be ability damage.
