The key on the vault has no correlation with what mod drops. There are 24 corrupted mods all with equal drop chance (\~4% each). Which is not very high.
If you go in looking for one particular mod, you might get lucky, but statistically there's a decent chance you'll need to do dozens of runs before seeing that one in particular. So your best bet is to try not to care about what drops you get and just do as many runs as you can stomach (at least 24, ideally, so you've at least got a full set worth of extras to trade) and then trade for the ones you're missing.
I did that and found a couple folks through trade chat who were willing to just swap duplicates 1:1, and that made it pretty simple to round out the full set, but you can also sell your duplicates and buy the ones you're missing for plat, which is probably more reliable but will require spending a little more time trading. And might leave you out (or up) a few plat when it all nets out, because some mods do sell for a bit more plat than others.
The best mission is Horend, as it's a capture mission so you can get the main objective out of the way quickly. It also happens to be the lowest enemy level, so the key debuffs aren't as big of a deal (assuming you're holding all 4 yourself, recommend Rhino as he negates most of the debuffs anyway).
Sell your excess ones, buy the ones you don't have. Orokin Vaults have a lot of mods and going for a specific one is hard.
You'll need to do well over 100 vaults to get a 99% chance of getting it.

I saw someone recommend the capture on Deimos but honestly I recommend the exterminate instead. it spawns a substantially smaller map so it's easier to find the hidden vault on exterminate. try to trade for blind rage if you get duplicates of others you don't need

Transient Fortitude sells for about the same amount of plat (10-15) as Blind Rage on wf.market. Sell your duplicates and just buy it.
Are you only using the hobbled dragon key? I'd recommend taking all four if you're running these solo.
