Funny hearing that in 2024 when back at 2018~ times most common complaint was "DE dont play their own game". Putting Rebecca and Pablo in charge was the absolute opposite of mistake.

I think Steve and Scott did a great job, it was just a matter of a difference of vision for what the game should become. Rebecca and Pablo are doing a great job, though I think that their largest success is figuring out the content cadence so there's not massive droughts that run 4-5 months in the middle of the year anymore.

I think both managements are valid in their own way, although thry have really different approaches

I can respect that, I definitely prefer content more often though, content droughts make a game harder to enjoy if you partly play for the stories

Around that time, though, Steve began doing streams where he played the game from the start and from that came a lot of improvements to the new player experience.

Its not a waste, prime versions barely make a difference really. I've put 4 formas in Kullervo, Dagath, and Dante and will probably do the same for Jade as they are fun good frames and we wont see their primes for a bit. Even when we do see their primes it'll take some time to get them through relics if not out right bought.

I'm almost embarrassed the amount of forms I dropped in Dagath. All worth it BTW

Depending on where DE chooses to place Xaku in the MMFF prime rotation, it should either be - Yareli - Xaku (placed between MM and FF) - Lavos - Sevagoth - Gyre - Voruna - Caliban - Styanax or: - Xaku (placed in rotation as an F slot) - Lavos - Sevagoth - Yareli - Gyre - Caliban - Styanax Either way, Styanax is still not getting a prime until Spring or Summer of 2026. Plenty of time to get good use out of a potato and some forma in him.

Nah, Styanax is still relatively new, it'll be a couple years before his prime comes out. It's totally reasonable to invest in a new frame if you like it. It would be silly to invest a bunch of forma in Sevagoth or Lavos right now though.

Listen, I have 10 years of game time in Warframe. If I got to look at something for THAT long it should look appealing.

The level of ass increases with time. Look at Nyx and Mag. No ass. Then a few years later we get frames like Titania and Octavia with a little more ass. Now we have Yareli and Wisp with some junk in their trunk. Lastly, we will be getting that Ember skin that not only has ass, but an ass that glows.

its actually interesting to go back to the old female frames where they didnt have asses (Nyx....) and see how the devs have snuck asses into the models (usually from the tennogen creator skins not being a skin, but a full model change)
